I cannot speak highly enough of Phil and the system he helped/installed for us. We went from well water that smelled and left stains to the cleanest water you could imagine.I'd recommend speaking to Phil about all your water concerns. He really cares about making sure you're set up with exactly what you need and will work with you to stay in budget.

I called Freshwater to get a quote on installing a water softener and reverse osmosis unit. I dealt with Aleisha who was super personable and professional on the phone and on email. The company provided different scenario options and sent quotes accordingly. We found an option that worked for us and the price was right. I couldn’t ask for my dealings to have gone any smoother - the quotes couldn’t have come quicker and the work couldn’t have been any more perfect! The installers Tim and Famad were great people and were friendly and polite and beyond caring and informative!! I love friendly people. I called Fresh Water to ask if they serviced home reverse osmosis systems. A lovely young lady helped set up an appointment for me & sent out a very friendly, knowledgeable young man. He fixed what was wrong with my daughter’s system & has since come to my home to change my filters. He was prompt, cordial & a gentleman. I will definitely be using this company again. I love friendly, knowledgeable people.

This is one of three water solution company within Aurora/Newmarket area. I decided to get a quote since it's a family owned and feels like old school pals to me.Went in the morning, explained my situation. I needed a new water softner as per Reliance's advise but can't judge the ticket price. I was hoping Fresh Water has something similar at a more affortable price.Front desk asked me to show a photo of the existing unit and bring in a bottle of water to test out, which I did. She said there's nothing wrong with the water in my house and the unit is up and running just fine.They will fix the problem instead to replace the unit, if there's a problem, in my case which it isn't!THEY don't want you to spend money unless it's necessary!Wife and I really respect the way they treated their customer, the honesty and the non pressure enviornment.We ended up order an whole house water filter as an addition to our existing unit, and guess what, they DONT want deposit!We simply booked an appointment with them, at a time is convenient to us.The job was quoted very reasonable and affortable and the owner will be present to complete the job,.. Yes, not the technicial, but the owner.I thought this shop long and hard and decided to write it out for anyone who's concern about the water treatment in your house and live in the community, PLEASE pay them a visit. You WONT regret.

We've been using Fresh Water for the last month or so after some bad experiences with our previous provider. We heard good things about the business from the company that shares our office, they have used Fresh Water for about 8 years and never had a single problem.We are very appreciative of the level of customer service we've received so far from the staff and the drivers have gone above and beyond.They've been very helpful and kind. I usually don't write reviews, however Fresh Water Industries recently provided us with excellent customer service from start to finish. A few years ago we purchased a whole house carbon and reverse osmosis system from them. They took the time to explain how each system worked to make sure it was exactly what we needed to address the high Trihalomethanes (THMs) in our area. Recently we had another company replace our water softener tank and they ended up breaking control head in the process without notifying us. It was only after a few months that I noticed it was broken. I called Fresh Water Industries for assistance and they walked us through how to fix the control head and check if it was working properly. Thanks for the excellent support!

If I could give Fresh Water Industries 6 stars I would. A family run business that cares about their customers. We had recently moved into another house and called the the previous company that had serviced the water softener as the dishwasher was leaving spots on our dishes. I was told I had to up grade our existing water softener to a commercial industrial type system because of the very hard water. The cost was exorbitant. I called in Fresh Water who I had previously dealt with for well over 10 years. Phil came in and helped me get quality water tests done so he could professionally recommend what needed to be done to upgrade the water softener. The work was done in a timely, efficient manner at a fraction of the cost of the first company's first proposal. Thank you Phil for saving us a bundle and providing quality water for our home.

The whole family is great! Professional and knowledgeable. Tim had the difficult task of placing the tanks we wanted in a small tight space due to the renovations done by the previous owner but he accepted the challenge with great optimism and did an amazing job! He put in the extra time too just to get it done and done right and explained all the pipes, drainage and valves. I'd definitely recommend their services and expertise! The price was also unbeatable, super happy with everything!
