TTI Travel

I originally booked my vacation with Loralee to Mexico back in September 2021. And due to the COVID restrictions and the uncertainty, our group decided to stay within Canada. I can't explain how helpful she was with this. She transferred all of our deposits to our flights to stay within Canada. She booked the flights, the hotel, the car rental, she was on top of everything for us. I've also booked some other trips with Loralee through TTI. And she's always on top of things and takes care of everything. It's a relaxing transaction, and I feel like I don't have to worry about anything I just tell her what kind of vacation I'm looking for and she gets the job done every time. Thanks to Lori and her team.

Attempted to organize a vacation to Mexico with Loralee, and it was an utter disaster.We came to TTI with a large group booking (10 people) and chose the resort based on her suggested options.Once we agreed on the resort, we notified her on a Monday and she sent us payment options the same day.Lora gave us until Friday (5 days) to wrangle our group of 10’s payment, as she could only hold the price for a week (totally fair)We had 80% of payments on Monday afternoon, and our last party could not reach her on Tuesday evening to settle the remaining funds.When we were finally able to contact her to submit the last group’s payment on Wednesday (2 days before the cut off) she notified us she only held 2/5 of the requested suites, and then asked if we were flexible on days or other resorts.She then continued to stubbornly string us along for another week, until we could no longer trust her word and decided to book ourselves.I don’t know what we could have done differently to avoid the run around- we worked within her parameters and were always reachable by phone or text.I don’t know how you can hold a rate, but not hold a room? And if we were a group of 10, how 2/5 rooms could have possibly been of any use to us? Mysterious I will never know.Avoid.

My experienced with Loralee Santarossa was absolutely amazing. She made our rush travel arrangements extremely pleasant. She contacted me immediately and had all our information processed in less than half an hour. You are a gem and our Family is so happy to have you as our travel agent. I will definitely be recommending your services to all my Family and friends because you are truly incredible! So I walked into TTI Travel to just enquire about a trip down south warm. I was greeted by a lady. I said that I was interested in talking to someone about a trip in April somewhere warm. She asked if I had an agent and I said No. She then proceeded to say that you nprmally must have an appointment. She then asked me where. I said Cuba and she replied with We don't usually book those vacations." I just walked out. I guess they don't take walk-ins."

My issue is that there is no disability access at the front of the building...As you can see plenty of space for a ramp but the access is to the rear...So park at front to get in the back if your less abled and require a ramp...

As their site states, TTI specializes in complex & custom travel for both leisure and business. They are incredible at what they do and have extensive knowledge when it comes to finding the best flight paths, the best airlines for your personal needs, hotels/accommodation, and have absolutely everything covered when changes arise. If you're traveling far, there's nothing better than knowing you have yourself covered in case of emergency (weather happens among other things!!).
