I recently used Edenflo" to pump out my home septic tank. The truck arrived on time and the driver was very skillful backing down my side driveway. He worked for about an hour and did a thorough job. The driver

HIGHLY RECCOMEND,Seriously what a great company to deal with. Responsive communicative and helpful. Made 3 return trips as my deck was in the way of some access points for them. When they were packed up and ready to leave my wife told them of another issue we were having at the entrance to the tank. The crew unpacked and offerred to try and fix it which they did. Would not hesitate to reccomend or hire again.

Most stressful customer service experience ever. The receptionist didn't care to listen to my needs and was rushing the conversation. After the sixth call, we managed to book an appointment. An hour before the service, I was called to tell that none of the men want to do a job inside the house due to COVID. If this is a requirement, shouldn't it be a known fact and communicated prior to booking the appointment? I found this unprofessional and waste of my time.

What a kind hearted, professional, well informed and a wonderful human being he is. We brought one House last year only to find out later that the house is running on Sump pump me and my husband were so stressed about it as we would keep getting problems now and than Finally someone suggested to call Eden Flow and Alan came to pump stuff out not only but also educated us on how to maintain it so that we are on top of it. The driver was awesome at reversing into the very tight curvy tree lined driveway. Was very personable, did a thorough job and confirmed I was happy.5 stars to the driver.A bit on the expensive side, also when I called for services it was a bit awkward talking on the phone. Person just answered with a Hello, wasn't sure I got the right number.However, I was able to get the truck the same day.Employees make the company!

Had an emergency at the end of the working day (3-4) and they were able to provide same day service with a specialized low-boy truck to help us out of a jam !! Travis came out and did a great job he went above and beyond for usGood service !

We are so happy with the service we got from Edenflo! First we needed our septic tank pumped and then I called them back when we needed to clean our drainage system. Right from the first phone call to when the guys drove off, their service is professional, friendly and affordable. Not knowing much about plumbing, septic, and drainage systems, I asked a lot of questions, watched what they were doing and learned a lot about how it all works and what we can do to keep things working well. It was so nice of John to explain everything! Totally recommend their service to others!
