Ashburnham Ale House
I would give more than five stars, if that was possible. I came here for the first time last night. The staff were all very friendly, pleasant, and polite. The restaurant was very clean, well laid out, and had a really nice atmosphere to it.The food was delicious. Everything was fresh, and flavourful. The portions were great, and the prices are reasonable.I will definitely be returning, and would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to eat or have a drink in a really nice atmosphere, in a place that has top quality service and food.

Delicious curry with a different presentation. Hit the spot after a long day on the road. The rest of the party enjoyed the southwest pizza and some of the ales on tap.The staff were friendly and helpful. Very pleasant as we had a short wait at the bar before getting our table.

It's okay, I've had a couple entrees come out still slightly frozen (Shepherds Pie both times). Menu prices are what you would expect in Peterborough. They have a good selection of different beers. The 10$ cone of fries is on of the best deals around.

We would just like to say a sincere thank you to everybody at Ashburnham Ale House for making our first restaurant visit with our little son so special. Our server, Peter, and all the staff went out of their way to make our experience go smoothly. They treated us with so much compassion, care and understanding and we are so grateful. All of the staff who interacted with us had taken the time to learn our son's name and check in to make sure he was doing well. It goes without saying we had an amazing experience! Thank you so much - we can't wait for our next visit :)

This is by far my favorite place in Peterborough to have smoked wings with friend fresh cut fries. Like the keg met an ale house and then started to do smoked food. Friendly staff with an awesome environment and consistently delicious food with even gluten-free options. For the beer lovers like my wife, they have an awesome selection of draft, bottled, and canned beers. I'm a cider man myself, which they have a couple of great options for.

The food and drinks are amazing here, super cool atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and it was a wonderful time. I highly recommend coming here for dinner and drinks with a group.The daily specials are also a lot of fun and keep things exciting. There are many options for a variety of diets.The rotational beers are also a lot of fun.

We took my mother here, she had chicken and ribs, she felt that they were dry. I had the blackened trout which was dried out and over cooked and tasted nothing of blackening spice. My fiancé had the $18 bean burrito, which failed to live up to its price tag. We informed our waitress but no one cares. I left my full plate of food behind. After living here 6 years the menu hasn’t changed. I won’t be back

Went here for lunch on Saturday. Very nice patio area, and the food was great. Service was slow though, and it was not close to being busy (possibly a brand new Server?). Other than that it was all fine and we would go again!
