The gentleman that assisted in towing my car after I was in a collision was so fast in arriving on scene, made sure we were safe, talked to my son and made him feel comfortable and feel safe. He got me to the destination I needed to be. He also went above and beyond and contacted a rental company and got me a rental car DELIVERED to me, a reasonably priced rental company. He was very informative and helpful and I am very thankful that this company, this gentleman was the one to help after a traumatic experience.

In the recent snow storm that we experienced GFM Towing provided the most appropriate and professional experience. The dispatcher answered my call immediately, and the tow truck driver (Louie) called me shortly after to verify my location. He was extremely timely, efficient, and friendly. I don't recommend calling anybody but GFM Towing for your needs. I would personally request Louie if he's available! Thank you!!

The drivers are professional and efficient and the dispatch guy was helpful and professional. Pleased with my experience. One of the drivers were on scene of my crash on the 401 on/off ramp and he did a great job at helping me through it. I don't remember his name

Extremely polite and professional..treated me like family and multiple times they’ve bailed me out in really tight spots. Completely great service all around from the tow to the knowledge of the industry. Can’t ask for a better service team in a tight spot.

Great service, came when they said, tried to solve without towing first (I appreciated that), when we determined it need to be towed, easy and fast. Roy was a very friendly operator and he gave me some great tips on some local businesses. GFM and Roy are great examples of why we should support local businesses.

I received excellent service from Brandon at GFM Towing. He was professional, polite, and courteous. Responding to my call within 10 minutes during a downpour on a busy 4-lane road, he towed my stalled vehicle to the nearest dealership afterhours and waited patiently so I could call an Uber to get home. Thank you Brandon!
