Service was terrible. Took an hour to get 4 meals of fish and chips. Had to go get the waitress to get our drinks refilled. Had to split our own bill because splitting it in half confused the waitress. Was not busy. Chemicals left out in bathrooms.

First time in Joeys and will be going back very soon. The haddock was the best I have tasted since i left Scotland a few years ago and my husband had the burger and loved it. The waitress was fast lovely polite and not in your face like some restaurants you go to !! Defo worth 5 stars and will be back to try the cod !! Highly recommended .As i said we would be going back to the Joeys. Again the service was amazing the food was the best... In fact we have been back 4 times since i wrote the review - honestly folks i take my reviews seriously and they are the best

I was not very happy with there shrimp and lobster Mac and cheese!!!!! I paid good money for it and I litterally got a 3rd of a piece of shrimp no lobster at all!!! And it tastes of uncooked out flour! I will never order this again!!! What a waist of money!!!! On the bright side atleast my food showed up hot and I had all the right stuff.

My wife and I went there for all you can eat Tuesday. We are both seniors and all we wanted was just one big meal. I had been here in the past with not problems but all you can eat here at this location is a scam in the making. We both ordered all you can eat and as we were waiting we noticed the good size portions that were being served to other patrons. We we finally got ours the portions of fish were VERY small. So we ordered again and they asked us how many pieces and I said I need five my wife said only three, because the pieces we got were very small. So how they make money on all you can eat is that make you wait and wait and wait. Well I got only two pieces and so did my wife, VERY small pieces, so we ordered again and we waited and waited and finally we got two more pieces, so the gimmick is for all you can eaters is to make you and so you can leave. This was my favorite place to eat, not any longer, so don't order all you can eat, you will starve between orders, sometime up to twenty minuets to get you pissed off, so you can leave.

The fish and salad r amazing. The appetizers r way too over deep fried. The service could be better, the waitress was really nice but she kept forgetting everything we asked for so we had to ask her a couple of times, multiple times.

I just got ripped off by their new menu. The King Size is a scam from hell. $30 at a low brow fish and chips joint should feed a man well. I'm still hungry as hell and mad to boot about it. The 3 peice regular meal, the cheapy, is friggin huge at only 16 bucks. I will never return. I had been eating here at least once a month with my family for about 25 years or more. I am insulted. Gross cash grabbing. What a scam, I just can't believe it. 1 star for fresh & hot and the other for being clean and service. Wow.

The staff are under trained, have minimal knowledge of the menu items. They messed up my order and blamed it on the system instead of taking responsibility. I could wet a paper towel with the fish due to them being so drenched in oil. I would not eat here in the future.

The Waitress, Hailey I think her name was (could be wrong only glanced at the receipt) was very welcoming and had fantastic customer service. Plus her sleeve of ink looked very well done. Overall highly recommend, was a great experience.
