Great selection of furniture..lots of Canadian made product. Low pressure and knowledgeable staff. Small business that has been around for years. Just wish they had a Victoria store. There is one in Duncan..and i believe further upisland too. Great competitive prices..and reasonable delivery charge!

We bought a manual loveseat recliner and the recliner part broke after a week! They sent out someone to take a look, and said they would talk to the owner and order a part. I’ve never heard from them again. I’ve called them multiple times and they keep saying someone will call me back. Unfortunately, we’ve been completely ghosted. What terrible customer service and a huge waste of $2400. Save your money and go somewhere with integrity.

Quality Furniture made in Canada and US suppliers. Great variety of furniture, reasonably priced. No high pressure salesman, but Great customer service with very knowledgeable salesman. You may customize your order to match your taste, with extensive upholstery fabrics and leathers to choose from. They also offer Great Warranties on your purchase and Free Delivery! Wheelchair accessible front door and showroom.

We bought a king size mattress , and the one side was caving in , so we called them I’ll have the manager call u back never did so we called them so they wouldn’t give our money back so the manager goes u wanna get a cooling gel one so we agreed on it payed them anouther 300 difference and we get it and it doesn’t have a cooling gel in it , call them manager back he say oh I’ll contact the manufacturer to see if it’s got the gel in it ! Never heard back from him or any one that works there . I get the impression if they don’t care and don’t call the customer will go away ! It’s been over a month now and no call back !!

I cannot sing the the praises of Bill at Merit Furniture in Nanaimo, highly enough…together with Richard and John who so carefully delivered for us!We found exactly what we were looking for at Merit, two replacement love-seats, the perfect design and a most attractive price!We had so much to choose from in-store, it arrived when they told us it would, and was delivered in a careful and timely manner!I won’t hesitate to go back to Merit for anything I need for our home! First class service, excellent quality and fair prices!
