Great products and sales associates who are clearly well informed and passionate about the products they sell/overall industry. They spent a lot of time with me going through exactly what I was looking for in terms of bedding and helping me land on the right solution. The fabrics used in the bedding are top notch (I picked up tencel/cotton bedding and a bamboo duvet cover) and the whole package was very competitively priced. My partner and I were looking at online direct to consumer options, and found the fabric quality to be worse - polyester/cotton blends (if they even provided details of the fabrics) and much more expensive.Tip to shoppers: I found it very difficult assessing the softness/comfort of the fabrics just by touching the samples they have on display. Once you put it on your bed and hop in you will realize just how soft and high quality their bedding products are. Would absolutely recommend.

Service was ok but was constantly watched which made me uncomfortable. Prices ok. Quality of products, questionable. When I went back to complain, they didn't do much at all to help. Poor return policy especially for defective products. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Not impressed.

Love the deals section in this store. I feel like they always have enough sales to be able to find what you're looking for on sale. I got myself a sample " what feels to be silk pillowcase for five dollars just now. I feel like this store always provides exceptional customer service in regards to how well their staff are trained in knowledge of the products/care etc. These hardworking staff deserve an office or something to provide customer service via phone while customers can shop in the store"

Great products, but terrible service. The store is small and there are always 2 salespeople ready to pounce as soon as you walk through the door. Both times I had them staring at me and following me around the store while I browsed, making me very uncomfortable. They also try to upsell you and make you feel like you don't know anything. It makes me sad because I avoid going there unless I have to because of the aggressive tactics.

I have to say that my experience at this store today was phenomenal. Every member of the staff were excellent, they managed each customer well and went out of their way to assist me in finding a colour item I wanted. They also were kind and courteous to customers with special needs and or disabilities at the same time. They managed the traffic well as per covid regulations and made the shopping experience memorable and fun. Absolutely fantastic team today.

Manager yelled at her staff member who was having a conversation with another customer right in front of everyone. Felt really bad for the staff member.Was over a covid protocol that wasn't even remotely serious enough to berate staff publicly and which she was just as responsible for.Otherwise I've had great service and great products here many times.

Great service, seems pricey but for the quality and colors it's actually quite competitive.

Have gone in here a few times and the customer service is always empicable. Had Shannon helping me today and she was lovely and informative.Got two pillows and an amazing towel.Overall a lovely experience... about to have an afternoon nap. I have always had the best of service at this store. The Associates never rush the customer or impose their opinions, but are always ready to give good advice when asked. The store is well laid out, the products are nicely displayed. Excellent quality, and very up-to-date with colors and fabric designs. I have had very good service when shopping on-line too.

April provided great customer service!I always appreciate the level of product knowledge at this store- pretty much every staff member can tell you the price, drawbacks, benefits and origin story of nearly every item for sale.I’m a hot sleeper- I gave staff my budget, preferences, and mentioned I didn’t have a lot of time to shop… they had me checking out in 10 mins flat and didn’t go over my set budget. No complaints about the duvet or sheets I bought, for the price they’ve been well worth it. So much better than the cheap sets I used to buy (and have to replace year after year).Thanks, ladies!
