Absolute worst quality and customer service I've been givin anywhere .. was told before getting to the window couldnt substitute fries for the loaded taco fries with the gf meal . My 1.5 tacos supreme . Yes . 1.5 cause one was almost half missing ontop of that . My box meal was missing the barito. The main attraction of it . It was missing the supreme side I paid for on the tacos . And the wife's supreme crunch wrap was missing any meat. Like I paid extra for more . Dont half my meal...

Taco bell drive thru no KFC... But KFC is in same building sp you want taco bell go to drive thru. But wait I have to go in to KFC any way. Weird set up

Not usually one to post reviews but this is by far the WORST establishment I’ve ever been to…ever. The service is terrible, staff is extremely rude, the wait is beyond slow & I’ve truly NEVER gotten my order right. I tried to continue back in hopes of them redeeming themselves but truthfully would rather drive across town to the other Taco Bell location then to ever waste my time or money at this place again!

Consistently the worst fast food service I've had. Long wait times, impossible to hear staff through the old drive through speaker, drive through menu seems to always have a glare.I could live with all that, but they can't ever get the order right. Usually missing more than one item, and what makes it in the bag is wrong. My kids all got the spicy version of the mild thing I ordered, their nachos are missing, and my order was all there, but half the wrong stuff...It's a convenient location, but I think I've had it.

I'd give them 2.5 if I could. First time I went there, they missed putting fries in a combo. They were nice enough to offer a full meal replacement but then they forgot the drink, and the oil that was used foe the fries/fried taco thing was incredibly bitter. Definitely not going back there.

Since the restaurant has reopened the service has been horribly slow. The food still seems good, but that's about it. They ALWAYS forget my hot sauce. They either never bother to ask if we want hot sauce or forget to put it into the bag when we ask for it. Quite frustrating.

Ordered a steak buritto yesterday from this location and it looked like this.. I took two bites and felt nauseous. The restaurant smelled and looked like a bathroom. I'd hate to see what the actual bathroom looks like. Staff look just as bad... I would not recommend wasting your money here. You'd be better off purchasing food from your local dollar tree. Last time I ever eat taco bell or kfc.
