Our septic backed up on a Friday night, called around all Saturday to find someone and everywhere was closed. Luckily, Vic's answered and came out first thing Sunday morning. Extremely grateful for there working hours!!!!!;

We called Vic on a Saturday afternoon because we needed an emergency pump-out for our holding tank. He took my information and said he would call his team to see if anyone could come out asap. Matthew was kind enough to come out from Burlington and we appreciate it so much! Vic and his team are awesome and provide a professional, great service!

I just called Vic's and He answered himself, which is rare. Then on a Sunday, said he would be out in 2 hours to pump out our septic system. This is the kind of Service that everyone likes...five stars!

Vic's Septic Service came the same day I called, on the last business day before Christmas, when other companies were closed for the season, or not following up on returning calls. Very grateful, relieved, and happy with the service. Thanks again, Brian!
