Great theatre with comfortable seats. Old fashioned theatre that plays a lot of old movies. I watched Nosferatu around Halloween. What a treat to watch this vintage movie on the big screen. If you go to this theatre do not sit in the back 5 or so rows because you can here everyone flushing the toilet and washing their hands.

Very cute and tucked away theatre in east Toronto. Has re runs of some older movies and ones that you can't find in normal Cineplexes. Seats were very comfy.

The experience of a large screen and a darkened auditorium with popcorn and soft drinks still exists! One thing you can't experience at home with a large screen is:Being late to a screening and being forced to sit in the first row with your head cranked back viewing an incredible keystone effect. What is surprising is that after a few minutes - your brain corrects everything and it all looks normal. The only after effect is a crick in your neck. Ahh, the good old days!

Awesome movie theatre that has been around for over 100 years. Thoughtful programming with new and second-run releases, and special screenings (like silent movies, or movies for moms with babies). Members get a free movie during their birthday month.

Great little local theatre with lots of wholesome events. I highly recommend joining their email list to be in the know about interesting movie showings.

It's a gem in town, old style movie théâtre. 2K projection on a big screen. The sound quality was so good when they played the trailers but when the movie started the sound goes bit low.Seats was ok.Totally i felt like watching movie from a proper theater (not multiplex).

The Fox is the first theatre in Toronto and has been operating since 1914!! It's a beautiful one screen theatre in the beaches. I went for my first time a few weeks ago to see the 4K remaster of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon! A film I hadn't seen since I was a kid and it still holds up today, there was magnificent brilliance in the screening and it was so wonderful to be in this classic theatre! The seats were very cosy, the screen was a good size and the staff were really nice! The popcorn was also delicious I got a bag after the movie and devoured the whole thing in minutes! Can't wait to see more here! You can get a membership too so if you live in the neighborhood it's a good option if you love going to the movies!

I went to the Fox Theatre to see a movie called I love movies. I went with my mother and my niece Chandler who happens to be the director of this film. I love the Fox theatre because it is an intimate spot. I like the decor of the theatre. I always have a great experience when I come to the movies. The Fox is the place to be.

Amazing piece of history.I saw Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Arch, which came out before my birth.I could picture myself as if I saw it for the first time.
