Pacific Cove Properties - Cloverdale Apartments

Have lived here for approximately three years now. The building is well maintained, if any issues arise they are with dealt promptly and in a professional manner. Very friendly atmosphere as well as someone always on hand to help when needed. Thank you to the onsight apartment managers for their continuous work in maintaining the building and for their friendly and professional manner when dealing with us the tenants.

Cloverdale Apartments is a very nice place. It's quiet, clean and close to buses and ammenities.

Smelly barn with dozens of cats and dogs. There are a lot of alcoholics, all this barn is smoke-free and stinks like a pig farm.

Manager Mary are very polite and professional

I've lived here for a couple of years now. I like and appreciate the improvements done so far. The new door handles are great, but I don't understand why the firedoors are still know style. Youd think in an emergency situation that the lever style would be safer and quicker to open. Of course there's no accounting for the ideas that the codes and by-laws people come up with. The paint upgrade was a great idea, and looks wonderful. All in all, I think things are much better now. We've always had a very good manager and handyperson here so things are looking good.
