Pizza de Luiza
Amazing pizza. Lunch (large slice and some ice cream) for under $10.

Amazing pizza, taste like home! Very friendly staff! I love local non chain restaurants! Can't wait to try the icecream this summer!

We placed a take-out order over the phone, picked up on time, our pizza was delicious..but we were kind of disappointed it was cut up all wonky, like something you'd do for a toddler. It wasn't cut in a typical pizza triangle but was cut into strips, toppings all fell off, some pieces were barely even a square.I guess if we order again we will have to say don't cut it up please. Lol

First time eating here after it reopened. Not sure of the circumstances that closed it down but the pizza was better before.Ordered a Bella Luiza pizza which has always been our regular from there... completely different than how it was before. No olives (to be fair it never stated olives on the menu previously but it always came with them on it), the toppings seemed of lesser quality and quantity, it wasn't as spicy, and the cheese seemed chewier and was what I'd consider burned. The toppings were poorly placed on the pizza as well... leaving some pieces essentially bare of toppings other than cheese. Too much residual (what I'm guessing is) semolina on the bottom of the pizza as well. You'd be better off trying out Za Pizza Bistro in steinbach. It's more bang for your buck, and is a much much better pizza. The old Pizza de Luiza was a solid 4/5 for a small town pizza and a 3/5 in general. For me this pizza has downgraded my opinion to a 2.5 for small town pizza and 2 in general. My pizza was also fairly cool after a 10 minute drive home. They used to put the pizza on top of the oven to keep it warm... this time it was left on the counter. Not sure how long prior to my pick up time it was sitting there. Haven't had this issue in the past. What a shame.

READ THIS. I just came home with their weekly special after waiting months for their reopening; as this was the place I would refer anyone who has a craving for excellent pizza. Arriving at home I was excited to once again enjoy their crispy crust, balanced with quality ingredients. Upon opening the pizza box I was disappointed to see a completely different pizza. Their recipe is now a massive downgrade from what it was previously. The new owner kept the same name and hoped to benefit from the previous owners reputation clearly. I would be embarrassed to recommend this place to anyone now. I never foresaw myself writing a negative review about this place before it switched owners.I would suggest buying a couple Spenst frozen pizzas over this place.*Edit*Their Facebook page currently uses photos from other websites to falsely represent what they sell.

Ate here January 25 night time and had to be the worst pizza I've ever had. How you can so badly undercook the crust where you can see the raw pastry but dry out the toppings is a feat in itself (I'm assuming they don't understand what temperature a pizza oven should be at). I found the wait time of 45 minutes to be weird as well seeing as when I showed up there were no pizzas in the warmer and only 2 others in the oven along side mine. The price you pay for is the price for a quality product which this place delivers in no way at all. I reccomend saving your money and cook that Mac and cheese in your cupboard that you have saved for an emergency before even considering this place.

Negative star.Pizza was not ready (not even started) for the timed pick up. Plus charged more than the quoted price when I placed my order. Lady said I didn't include the tax." Not a good first time experience with this place."

Negative stars. Never going back here again, ice cream was all around disgusting! Plus the chocolate fudge was super chunky on my sundae. And when you walk in it’s insanely hot with no AC.
