They don’t know how to deal with people, specially over there is a lady on desk one she is so rude and don’t want to answer the question. If you are not interested to provide a customer service then why are you sitting over there. People wasted there so much tym over there in standing line and at the end you don’t want to deal with them. If that so give someone else that chair.

When I took the road test, first time failed, which was fair, and the honesty of the driving instructor, and the fact the driving instructor went through the things I did wrong, to teach me how to do things better, only helped me succeed after retaking the drivers test, we need more instructors that we can trust

Worst registry place in the city. Too much crowded the lineup is endless.The examiner is so rude yelling at my daughter made her cry all day failing her because she didn’t park properly between two vehicles at the end of the test mentioning that their parking is so terrible that I’m driving since 30 years ago and find it hard to park there and then marked the report ( unsafe action ) is the reason of the failure while failing to park in a parking lot is not an unsafe action. Bunch of idiots.

Hugh is a great guy. I've learned a lot based on the feedback that I received after the test. I will never forget his advices on how to drive properly and safely. At first I was very nervous but from the moment he called out my name when we were about to start the test, he made me feel comfortable just by smiling at me. He gave instructions properly and clearly...like which directions to take...Thank you very much Hugh!

On our way back to registry and approaching the traffic green light at the intersection, while turning right (at the curb) it was suddenly turned to yellow light, not a “SOLID RED LIGHT”. Then he failed me automatically. I explained to him in a nice way after getting back to registry that it was not yet a SOLID RED LIGHT, then he insisted that it was…We have been to many Traffic lights (i stopped every time if the red light is on) so i am not stupid not to stop and proceed without care.

RUN AWAY!!!! Do not go for this registry if you’re looking to take your road test! The examiner is the rudest person you will ever meet! He’s not patient whatsoever!! To begin with, do not take your car. He’ll find the tiny little thing to disqualify your vehicle, do you know why?? Guess what, they rent vehicles for $75.00 for this test!!!In addition, if it’s your first attempt, you’re gonna fail, be prepared. It doesn’t matter if you drive, or have driven, for a living, you will fail, that’s what’s gonna happen!He will find something to make you fail just because, and won’t give proper feedback, so you don’t know what to do to improve!It’s a shame this “industry” of road testing….Definitely, stay away from this place!

I passed my road test today. My instructor is very kind and just a chill person. I believe his name was Sunil. The first two test i did was named Daniel. He was very strict and kept on failing me for some reason that i don’t even understand why. I don’t like the way his attitude. Good thing on my third try, it was a different instructor and he was so much better i never felt the bad anxieties. He was very light.

I passed my road test today. My Examiner is Carol, she is the best and very kind and just a chill person. First try is lesson to be improve she tell you everything you need. It helped me a lot I really appreciated those advice and lesson. You the best ma’am Carol. Kept it up and God Bless you!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's crowded like any other registry but everyone is so nice and helpfulThey listen and they're patient and they speak multiple languages to assist you even if your English is not that wellOverall outstanding service and very nice individuals
