First of all, Heather and Paul are such kind people that have created a really safe space to trust that healing is possible. My experiences with light therapy have really surprised me. I wasn't sure that I would start feeling benefits so quickly, but after only two appointments I noticed a huge difference in chronic pelvic pain that I've been struggling with for years. PLUS, I went on a day when I had menstrual cramps and the relief was PROFOUND! Thank you Heather and Paul. This treatment is amazing!

I had a session with Paul and Heather this month and they were just wonderful! They were so patient on explaining how everything was working and making sure I was comfortable. I was coming for some acute upper and middle back pain and I definitely felt a difference after the light therapy treatment (I did both the bed and the handheld device). Paul and Heather are two lovely professionals who are very passionate about what the treatment they are offering. Their studio is brand new, clean and quiet.My back pain left me alone for a couple of weeks after this very first treatment and that is a better result than other therapies I have been trying on before. Go and try, it's relaxing and effective!

Two words.... LIFE SAVING! I came in as a patient with major concussion symptoms. I came out a very happy man with ZERO concussion symptoms. I know longer experience headaches from sunlight, my memory is back to normal and actually better than it was before. I can sleep very easily now and I've become way less irritable than ever before. From the very beginning Paul was very open and very good at explaining to me how the PBM laser works. It's none evasive and you don't feel a thing during treatment. The result: get rid of your health issues! Thank you so much Paul! I can now live my life symptom free and believe me, I'm much happier without them!

I had 9 sessions and I'm sorry to say that the only effect they had was negative (i.e. further irritating a joint that had bothered me before). So many people have praise for this treatment but it didn't work for me. Heather and Paul are sweet and apparently really believe in what they're promoting but, unfortunately, for me it turned out to be a waste of time and money.

Sorry to say that , but don’t waste your money and time. I took 6 sessions for fibromyalgia, didn’t work at all. Paul and Heather are so nice and descriptive about the process, but the therapy itself looks garbage to me.

I experienced great results after going to see Paul for a pain issue in my right leg that affected my mobility. I was going on vacation for an extended period where being able to walk without an issue was necessary. The treatments were successful and the results were achieved without going through any painful process. I was able to manage daily walks of 10-15 kms. I recently returned to get treatments for lower back pain and to see if my tinnitus can be reduced. I look forward to further positive results.

My foot had really painful inflammation after an operation which was sore to touch. Paul used the infra red light and my foot was much better after 2 treatments. Paul is extremely knowledgeable on the benefits of all the different lights. The results are amazing, I would highly recommend this treatment for any inflammation, pain or medical conditions

We didn't know where to turn or what to do. My husband was suffering more and more, legs, feet, hands, so itchy all night. Often nothing helped.
