Went today to shop. Second time I've been at this location. I'm a store manager myself over 30 yrs. All bout customer service. Two females working and I'm the only client in store. Not once looked up, said hello, how may i help you. Nothing! Was looking at cell phones. As a mgr I would not hire these two people I observed today and will not go back to this location to spend my $$. Remember ladies working today Customer Service" what brings clients in not the product."

This local store will not honor discount prices that are clearly advertised both in the e-mail newsletter and on Maurice's website.The salesladies tell us that those prices don't apply at their store, they are only for participating stores, or that they only apply in the U.S., not here in Canada. The manager did correct a saleslady one time, and allowed for the discount to go through, but she is not there all the time.There seems to be a lack of understanding on how sales and marketing go hand in hand, and that there is a code of ethics to be followed.

This is absolutely my favorite store to shop for clothes. They have such a great selection of all different kinds of clothes, and they have a plus size section that's almost as big as the regular section. The staff is super helpful, and the store is very clean. They always have alot of sales going on. And they do the buy one get one for 50% off, sale alot. And you can get a Maurices credit card and save money every time you use it.

Love going to Maurices. The staff is friendly and welcoming. This is basically one of few stores left inside the St.Lawrence Center Mall that carry nice clothing for women of all sizes. Plus sizes 0-4 and regular women's sizes 0-16 (s-xl) They also carry accessories, such as shoes, jewelry, purses, scarves and perfume.
