Final Touch Windows and Doors

First time i deal with final touch they was amazing.Scheduling was very flexible they showed up on time and even help me to fix some of my rough opening issues .Mani is Fantastic very knowledgeable answered all my questions and treated my job as if it was his own It was a real pleasure .Very impressed and highly recommend for those look for a top Quality product & Service !!!

I have used many window companies over the years however none of them has exceeded my expectations in every area the way Final Touch Windows & Doors have. They're knowledge, expertise and superior customer service has made this process effortless from conception to installation. They truly take pride in they're work and it shows.

We PAID Mani & his company - IN FULL - to install more than $100,000 of windows in our home in May 2020 - the windows are leaking air, water & snow. When it rains or snows, there’s water all over the brand new hardwood flooring damaging it, as well as damaging the newly installed drywall around the windows, & the basement walls in the room below.Equally confounding is that Mani refuses to provide the 11 handles to the doors & windows - so, as a result - We CAN’T OPEN ANY of the windows & doors - this is a safety risk!! Despite our having to pay such a substantial sum, he’s said that to obtain the handles, we MUST now PAY him yet MORE MONEY. How is this? I’ve never heard of such a thing! Charging customers for handles for windows they’ve paid for - is wrong! Unsurprisingly perhaps, Mani also refuses to honour the warranty - because of his partnership with the builder. Mani willingly takes your money but won’t return your calls, nor honour any warranty work, nor give you the handles you pay for, unless of course you pay him MORE money. He may have had some justification if we’d failed to pay him. But he’ll openly disclose that he’s been paid in full. It's incomprehensible why anyone would choose to partner with a builder who would have him behave so dishonestly.Mani, by you having agreed to withhold the handles at the direction of the builder, and refusing to fix any of the many leaks caused by you & your team's poor installation abilities, and further refusing to perform any of the warranty work for which we've paid - simply implicates you in this matter.As you may know, the builder refused to return the key to my home, entered my home without my permission, and stole personal property. It's unsettling to think that this is who you have chosen as your business partner. It's a reflection on you, as much as it is on him. Speaks volumes ...I caution other prospective customers to consider the authenticity of the other ‘glowing’ reviews appearing among those listed. For example, the contractor with whom you’ve partnered, is among your reviewers. This should serve as a red flag.And for the record Mani, I have never spoken with your staff. I called you once, in September 2020, to ask if you had the handles - since at the time of installation - you told me you’d keep the handles until we moved into our home. Upon reflection, this does seem odd, however I naively believed you had a good reason for this. I would never have guessed that your intentions weren’t honourable. Thus, I was taken aback when you responded with your claim that I would now have to Pay you more money to obtain the handles. I was in utter shock & didn’t even have an opportunity to reply before you hung up on me. We have never spoken since. It was for this reason, I finally turned to this means of sharing my concerns.As a consumer, it’s imperative that others are aware of our experience.

We have used Final Touch windows on a number of our custom home projects and they have always completed jobs in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. Very happy with their installations and will continue to use them in future projects.

Our entire house was recently redone with Final touch windows . All through the project, we were really satisfied because they finished the work with no mistakes, additional charges, or postponements. I am quite pleased with the results and would strongly recommend them.

I am doing a top to bottom reno and as renovations can be, it can get stressful at times. My window installations was not one of those stressful times. From the time Usman came for the initial meet to measure the window openings he had my full trust. He was knowledgeable, consultative and a true pro. On the day of installation, nothing short of exceptional workmanship and efficiency. Usman and his team arrived on time and finished the job in less than 5 hours. I knew my house windows were in good hands from the moment I met him and my expectations were exceeded. I am a very happy customer not only with my windows but with the level of services and professionalism. I would highly recommend Usman and his team. You can tell they take great pride and care in their work.

We used mani recently to supply and install our Lift and Slides and for installation of Fibreglass windows in our new cottage build. He came highly recommended by our window manufacturer. His product and his work were great and he has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Our builder and designer seem to be impressed as well, and I am planning to use him again for replacement windows and doors older home. I feel we were treated like a VIP and trust his knowledge, experience and expertise.

We were debating between Vinyl & Fiber glass windows and Mani explained us the difference very well and the professional look that we get when used these Fiber glass windows because of its low profile. Timely service. Amazing job. Awesome crew. Respectful of the property. Extremely happy for contracting with Final Touch Windows and Doors for my window requirement. Highly recommend Final Touch Windows.

If you see this do not do it! Don't choose anyone else to supply and install your windows other than Final Touch!Mani was able to give us a GREAT PRICE that beats any price in the GTA.Mani and his installation team worked very precisely and they showed up on time, they were also very careful with installing my windows.The quality of the windows they provided us with was amazing and we are extremely pleased with them.Mani is very patient and he will listen to all of your small details and he will make sure you are pleased before he closes your job.Will deal with them again for sure !

Horrific.Mani talks the talk but is untrustworthy. His installation of windows was faulty. He did not provide after service when water leaking on floor.Refused to fix issues. Does not return calls.Windows leak air like a set of 1950s panel windows.He is one of those who hides behind his staff, not answering calls and cowers behind them.What you typically find with poor companies is they try and avoid ownership.EXAMPLE: they will post something like i dont know who this is" or "i dont know any client by that name".EXAMPLE: notice the 5 star reviews from people with no comments.EXAMPLE: isn't it strange how in a short space if time lots of 5 star reviews pop up... no comments. Its like magic!He has yet to provide the handles of windows on a recent project.This firm is typical of what you see on Holmes on Holmes.Do your homework. There are many other places that can do windows.Avoid this one or risk a renovation nightmare."
