I recently used the services of an immigration consultant, and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, this consultant was unprofessional, unresponsive, and ultimately provided me with incorrect and unhelpful information.First and foremost, communication was a major issue. I found it nearly impossible to get a hold of the consultant when I needed answers or updates on my case. It would take days, if not weeks, to receive a response, and when I did, it was often a one-liner that didn't address my concerns. This made the process incredibly frustrating and stressful.But the real kicker was the information that the consultant provided. Not only was it often incomplete or inaccurate, but it was also delivered in a very rude and dismissive tone. I felt like I was being spoken down to, and it made me question the competence of the consultant.In the end, I was left with more questions than answers, and I had to spend a significant amount of time and energy correcting the mistakes and misinformation provided by this consultant.In retrospect, I wish I had done more research and gone with a different service. I would advise anyone considering using this consultant to look elsewhere, as there are plenty of other options available, both online and offline, that are more reliable and professional. It's better to do your own research and find answers that you can trust.
