Lordco Auto Parts

This is a great store ,I've felt with a few different Lordco's and this is by far the best,Conrad is very helpful and always makes sure your aware of all your options, and wich is the best one for you. Always found what I needed and usually at a reasonable price, far better service than the other auto parts stores in Powell River.

Best customer service!! highly recommend talking to Andrew about anything related to boats. He is very knowledgeable :)

As long as you dont have to deal with the manager, you are probably fine. He seems to be enjoying his power more than his customer's satisfaction.

Awesome service always! Incredible pricing and despite being secluded in Powell River these guys always manage to get parts relatively quickly. I dont go to any other parts stores other than Lordco. Thanks guys!

A a great group of individuals to buy from,They all know me by name and are always jokingly polite.Prices wildly vary and you should have some knowledge about what you're needing before buying from Lordco.However, one of the Lordco staff would be able to help you if not.Compared to other Lordco Facilities, this isn't the biggest however a good selection and size for such a small town.These guys always go the extra mile for me when i need something.

The downside to living in Powell River is having a great choice for shopping, no matter what you are looking for. My last couple of visits to PR Lordco were not very enjoyable. Whether shopping for parts for repairing or building a car, you need a good quality store, where you can depend on experience and recommendations. There are times when you go into a parts store and spend a few hundred dollars and there are times where you need something for maybe $10.00, but when you go in and the sales counter people are rude and not helpful in the least, you really wish there were more shopping choices. Anyway, Randy, you are very rude and maybe time to look for other employment. There happens to be one other parts store in town, maybe time to give them a try. Goodbye Lordco in Powell River.

Service was quick and efficient. Cashier went above and beyond to give my little one a coin for the machine beside the till as I only had an debit card. Very nice of her.

Great layout of tools and supplies, good service, However I always make sure to get price check from nappa and Canadian tire when shopping for auto parts sometimes prices vary wildly

After having an account with Lordco 30 years now things sure are going wrong!For over a year now it’s been getting worse and worse lately!Not willing to even look up a what emails I’ve sent with pictures of the #’s on the PARTS’s !And half of the staff forgets to order the parts and eventually a week later I actually get to remind them to actually order them!Even after receiving the PARTS’s Two days later they called me back about having to prepay for the very PARTS’s I JUST GOT 2 days earlier!It’s been a year now waiting for them to find 2 different sets of SB Chevy heads that they lost in transit back to us!Ed Coats must be rolling in his grave with the way the majority of his stores are being run lately!
