Horrible staff and the store manager is extremely rude and nonchalant. Went to return a tee that i had bought a week back which had stains and she didn't accept they wouldn't have sold an item with stains. The employee called Nirissa initially said she will accept the return because she had seen the stain earlier but the manager outright refused to budge and accept that the tee had stain from before and eventually made Nirissa lie to me that that's not what she said before... Horrible staff especially the store manager is really really bad... no wonder such poor rating of this store. I love this store and the affordable clothes for kids but the management needs to look into who they got as the manager

I remember one time I was there with my baby in the stroller. I could barely maneuver in the narrow shop . There was a woman checking out so I waited nearby in front of the counter. there were people blocking almost every other path. Nobody else was in line yet. I waited and waited, until I realized that the employee at the register was completely ignoring me with the clothes I wanted to buy in my hand and calling the people who came after me in the “right” line. She knew I was there from the beginning - she could have told me to get in the correct line way earlier or brought me up to check out out of courtesy.My baby was getting impatient so I just left my clothes there and walked out. Won’t be buying from this place again.

Nice store for Kids wear. Clean, organized, and plenty of collection to choose from. Sale round the year, but have to wait and watch for the perfect time. Staffs are very welcoming and helpful.

Had such an unfortunate and rude experience in this store. My wife was trying to just return some clothes that didn't fit our son. Had tags on them, never used but for some reason the cashier gave her a difficult time and claimed there was a stain on one and a sticker was missing on another. They weren't worn, (was a gift, size too small), and yet there were lies made in order to not offer a refund. Even with full receipts and pants in the same perfect condition they were bought in, this store fails to offer a refund or even a store credit. My assumption was there must be incentives from Management to reduce number of returns which causes cashier to create lies in order to not give a refund. Whoever runs this location, please have another look at your staff and their behaviours, making the Retail Brand have a bad reputation.Stuck with with size 18m pants I guess that will have to get discarded.

Best children place in all GTA- They have section for GYMBOREE ( one of the only stores have gymboree brand ) the best brand for children- The customer service very nice- The store so clean and organized- They have sale and discount for many occasions ( 75% after season)- Many variety of clothes and shoes

Horrible experience in this store. I was looking online the website and was going to do an in store order pick up. I selected my store and the item I was going to purchase was available in that location for same day pick up. I ended up just going in store cause I was going to pass by it on my way home from work. The white girl at the check out wearing big eye glasses was extremely rude! She said she didn’t have any jacket in stock for the same price online, and wouldn’t let me price match and she said the order wouldn’t go through when I purchased online, so I said I was going to try to be safe cause the deal online is really well compared to in store. It ended up working and she basically said she was going to deny the order cause there isn’t any in stock even though I was looking at the exact same jacket. Truly disgusting behaviour and she shouldn’t be working in this kids store , she isn’t suited and I was an on going customer here but will go to other locations from now on. I can see why this store is always empty and has awful reviews! Please get new staff members because they are awful and have bad attitudes and cannot even talk to people correctly.Update: my order went through and is ready for pick up, even though she gave me attitude about it and insisted it was not in stock before even checking, and said she would deny the order in the system! could have and should have been a much more positive experience!

The employees do not greet anyone. Not once was I approached by an employee. Instead they stand around and talk to each other about customers and complain about customers. I believe the manager a brunette was also just standing around and rolling her eyes and could careless if customers came in to the store. Go to a different location. This location needs better management .

Extremely rude staff. The lady at the checkout was so condescending and horribly rude. I left my items at the checkout and went across the store to Carter's. Shopped worth $200 at Carter's and got what I wanted with my dignity intact. Never going back to this store again. Please take the reviews seriously and hire some friendly staff.
