Every aspect exceeded our expectations for service and quality.Michael has also assisted with removing viruses from our laptop and our home network. The remote assistance is the perfect solution for me as I can't always be available during their business hours. Each time, Michael was able to identify the issue, clean and protect my system so that there wouldn't be future disruption to my home network.Overall, my experience with Michael @ Bravatech has been very positive and I will certainly seek out their service in the future should the need arise.
