I am an air conditioning contractor and I needed a condenser fan motor under warranty, I spoke to JIM over the phone and he got my parts ready by the time I came to the store, Jim was professional and very helpful thank you so much

Don’t ever bother trying to call! Every time I call I’m on hold at least half an hour, with the most recent time being 1:45 hours before I hung up. Just email the store its a faster response

Have to buy from the States because they will not sell to a individual. Really do not see the point in that (in a world where you can buy anything) , I can't return these items once installed anyways.
