New Starbucks, it’s beautiful inside but it’s missing a bit of space during rush hours. Staff is great. Coffee’s good (obviously). There’s an outside terrace which is great for summer days!

I emphasized that don't put too much milk in my Cappuccino but I still got a cup of coffee that did not taste like coffee at all, just a cup of milk. You will pay $6 for a cup of milk. What's wrong with this Starbucks?

Always closed. Drive thru takes 30minutes to have 1 coffee. This Starbucks is horrible. 2pm closed. 4pm closed. 6pm closed. They are 3-4 inside just chilling between coffee making. Plus every time we get a drink it never tastes the same. A formal complaint has been made to Starbucks. Fun fact everywhere else Starbucks are run by 2-3 people with way more customer traffic.Stop chatting and serve your customers.

Long wait as usual and I love Starbucks so that’s why I keep coming but this time 25 + minutes wait for a coffee and sandwich and on top of that they gave me the wrong order that is just not cool after a long wait. 5 employees and still the level of service that Starbucks was known is not there anymore and is sad.

I understand that there are many orders to fulfill and I'm patient. But waiting for over 20 minutes just to then learn, after asking the staff, that they lost my order ticket and I was waiting for nothing, sorry, but that's a no go. I mean seeing the same person in front of you for such a long time should make you wonder and you usually ask them if you can help, but not at this place, they just let you wait.Another client who ordered at the same time as me got his warm coffee rapidly and 15 minutes later his cold coffee.After I asked when it would be my turn and they didnt find the ticket, she was able to do my cold coffee beverage immediately. Something is really wrong here. This was my first visit here and I am not likely return. At least the coffee tastes good.

Burned coffee, I told them it’s burned and after they gave me a normal latte, the second one tasted good. Just shame that you have to drink bad one first and burn your tongue with bad coffee first.

If you’ve seen my other reviews on Starbucks locations, this might be in the running for the worst store yet (in the world). Slow service, no one acknowledges you in the store, this place is a comical joke.
