Our experience with Streetside Developments has been absolutely amazing! This was our first time purchasing a home and we didn't exactly know what we were looking for or what we were getting ourselves into. We have had nothing but positive experiences with the people we have interacted with. I always thought of the home buying process as a super exhausting experience but Sandra and JC made it such a breeze! From the very first appointment when I walked through the showhomes to the final possession,Sandra and JC were so helpful ;providing the necessary guidance along the way. They were very responsive and would respond to my enquiries even when it was long after work hours.The home has a very good finish with appliances of very good quality installed. JC has been exceptional in terms of professionalism, customer service, and expertise during the process of purchasing a newly built townhouse. My Ontario buyers found a townhouse in Calgary they wished to purchase. I contacted JC to make inquiries and he was very informative and helpful. He went above and beyond expectation from providing floor plans, details of the build and even conducted a thorough video walk through with us. We purchased our Condo two years after it was built. We are the second owners and the first owners in the complex to purchase from a previous owner and not the builder directly.Working with StreetSide has been a pleasure. They have been there to guide me and assist with any little item that we need looked at or adjusted. They made sure that all warranty work was transferred over from the previous owners.Debbie has been amazing to contact and work with! Customer Service is her top priority and she makes sure that the people she sends or has recommended are also of the highest integrity.

We purchased a townhouse in the NE with StreetSide and had a great experience! Jared Charles (developer) was friendly and personable and answered all of our questions regarding the townhouse and purchasing process. The townhouse itself is excellently built with modern interior design and is spacious. When we did our first home walk-through, Gabor was professional, kind, and provided us with great recommendations regarding home maintenance and more. All of our questions were addressed by JC, Gabor, and Mike through StreetSide. I would highly recommend purchasing a home through StreetSide for the excellent quality homes and the great customer service!

As a first-time homeowner, my experience with this company has been awesome! I was unsure about leaving inner city living at first but the quality and space in these units made it an easy decision - and downtown is only a quick jaunt away! We purchased in the Loop in Evanston, this was our first home purchase. Jared and the entire sales team were great to work with and made the process very easy.We’ve been very happy with our new home, it was delivered on time and everything was perfect. Since possession we noticed a couple very minor issues which were rectified quickly without question.Streetside has been a pleasure to work with and we’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home that they’ll love!
