Been trying for 2 weeks to contact this place after being assigned it by the RAmQ. Cant leave a message or get anyone. They dont list their hours, what a joke. Been waiting 2 years for a family doctor to get assigned this in the end. The health system has to be corrupt here as I dont have any other explanation for the pitiful public health service that I've been experiencing for 18 years now.

HORRIBLE experience do not come here. I waited over 2 hours after my scheduled appointment and the doctor gave me 5 minutes in her office. I was clearly ill and in alot of pain. I was throwing up, fever for 5 days, sore throat and ear pain. She looked at my throat 2 seconds then did a culture and said thats it. Wait for your results from the hospital if its not strep well then theres nothing. I am still waiting for these results, i have been in an enormous amount of pain for almost a week now and this clinic is absolutely useless. If u are ill and need treatment immediately dont go to this clinic. Absolutely horrible. i would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I rather stay home and suffer, which is pretty much what that doctor is making me do.

My husband's new doctor is at this clinic. In the initial 2 appts the Doctor seemed very thorough but within several weeks afterwards he either cancelled the appt or was unavailable or the receptionists dont answer the phones & we are unable to leave messages & they never answer! My husband has been waiting for several months for a follow-up from this Doctor to no avail. I definately don't recommend this clinic.

I do not think this place 2.6 rating because of bad staff or poor system. I think it is mainly because it has a very poor management who lives in denial and will not even bother to read reviews or find out what is happening. We are right now to a point to move away from this clinic.Been calling them for 4 days from 8am to 11am- No one to answer call. Sent email requesting an urgent appointment appointment for our 8 months old baby with the family doctor. Sent multiple follow up emails.Ended up driving to the clinic only to receive angry response “no time for email, call us” but then when informed they dont answer call, to hear back “we are busy and i have 7 doctors”Disgrace to health sector, disgrace to hard working doctors - unprofessional management and staff.And yes it has been 2+ hours we are waiting since our appointment while getting continuous rude behaviour.

I wish I could give this a 0 star rating. Impossible to reach this clinic on the phone. Phone rings with no answer and not able to leave a voicemail.The woman at the reception is the most unprofessional being that I had the displeasure of interacting with.The only reason I'm still dealing with these clowns is because I have a follow up due. As soon as that is completed, I'm never dealing with these people again.I have of course aired my grievances to the receptionist who has been most confrontational. As well as the doctor, who's dismissive and unapologetic even when presented with facts about his problematic staff.

Worst experience I have ever encountered with a Dr and I have visited many Doctors in my life. This experience I will not forget, I went in for lumps on my neck . The Dr. NEILA LANDOULSI walks in the room first thing she asked me was who is my family Dr and why am I here ,as if she was already frustrated she needed to see one last patient.I began to explain her why I was visiting a public clinic and not my family Dr. as he is on leave all of June and I needed answers as to why I am feeling the way I am . Before assessing the reasons as to why I came to the appointment she had already self diagnosed me with Anxiety and depression . I then began to advise her that I am not depressed nor anxious and she then began to argue with me telling I am . I told her the only reason you can tell me I am anxious is because you have diagnosed me with depression and wanting to prescribe me anti depressants before even touching my neck and seeing the lumps I have and sending me for a full screening . I had to repeat myself over and over again that don't need medication I am not depressed and i would like her to write up the paper work for me to pass blood tests and ultrasound.. The only reason she wrote it up was because I wasnt taking no for an answerShe was pushing anti depressants and anxiety meds when i am very content in my life .Do yourself a favor and avoid this Dr at all costs .

Went to clinic with emergency appointmentArrived at the schedule time,waited around 30 min to see nurse, after seing nurse saw Doctor about 5 min. After. My daughter was examened by doctor .So everything went well from the nice receptionnist to nurce and doctor.

worst clinical and medical experience i’ve ever had. my husband been trying to have an appointment since 2 months ago for an urgent renewal for his prescription first appointment they gave was in 4months. i’m pregnant 7weeks and my family dr canceled my First follow up appointment and he’s going to be away for the next 3 weeks. How is this responsible for both situation im still not digesting this! The Secretary was rude, mean and the last thing she’s supposed to do in life is taking calls she doesn’t have a proper way to comfort a patient or try to help for an urgent need.

The secretary is really rude! With an eternally dissatisfied muzzle. The site is missing, as is the email to write to the management. When you call them, they put the phone on hold. I think that the management of the clinic encourages such behavior of workers. As the saying goes: “The fish rots from the head…” On the other hand, if you don’t know how to work with clients, go to hell, five people will take your place, who will value their work and treat visitors with respect.

It was at 2021 when I went there to an emergency appointment with my kid. After 2 hours of waiting, the doctor (clearly in a rush) give us a 5 minutes consult (or maybe less...), stand up, walk and open the door waiting for us to leave while I still was asking questions about my kid's health and how I should proceed. I was going to protest but decided just leave and never come back again.
