I decided on subway 6 00 on a Sunday. I've never seen a staff so hell bent on mahing sure you knew they were closing soon.I told the man behind me to go ahead and order , we were not yet decided. The lady told me I better hurry up and decide. They were closing soon. This was at 6:15 , there was little selection of veggies as they were closing at 7. I get that. We were told 2 more times they were soon closing . Bathrooms were unavailable one customer was told there are porta potties across the road. They didn't order they left.Just for good measure at 6:38 while we were eating we were told they were closing soon.... ok I get it. Then one more time by the other staff member for good measure. She was a little less rude this was about 6;40. I replied yes I heard that rumor a few times already. The only one in that place that isn't consistently rude is the lady with the brittish accent. The rest seem pretty consistently rude. I got go in there that often however from now on subway for me will be a out of town treat.45 minutes to me seems like plenty of time to order a sub and eat. Just my opinion"

The 2 old broads there are way past retirement. Terrible customer service and mediocre sandwich. Almost denied a coupon I had, telling me I “didn’t have the whole coupon”. I showed them where the coupon said “cut here” and they proceeded to talk over me saying “most people bring the whole coupon” so I showed them the book of coupons it came out of, which was a community Christmas coupon shopping booklet, meant to promote local businesses, and their location specifically. They had stacks of the same booklet right in the restaurant, and the coupons clearly state “CUT HERE” Which is what I did. I showed them this, and instead of apologizing or even acknowledging or apologizing in any shape or form they talked over me again, asking what I wanted. Overall unfriendly, unprofessional, terrible customer service.

It's the first time I have been there. The food was so delicious and they didn't scrimp on the amounts. The staff was very friendly and helped me by suggesting toppings.I found the price very reasonable, and I want to go back again tonight.

Went in today to use the washroom after a 1 an a half hour drive and the woman told me I need to buy something “because of the Covid rules”. I turned right around without buying anything and definitely won’t be going back. Due to her awful hospitality I high suggest not going here!

Worst experience ever . The old ladies were shouting on us because she couldnt hear properly Racist. Even though we had a coupon she charged us for regular price. Doesnt follow proper franchisee standard. No standard of customer experience. Veggies were not fresh . And did not change their gloves after making food for others .

The place itself was alright but the workers were rude and snarky. Didn't care for their attitude one bit. Also very stingy with the toppings. Asked for extra pickles and they put like.. 3.
