Capri Bowling Lanes

Had our daughter's 8th birthday party there today. Bowling was a lot of fun. Large party room in the back which is a shared space. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great place to have a children's birthday party. Excellent experience! Highly recommend.

I recently visited this place and, although I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience. In the past, this establishment had always maintained a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, especially with their younger generation staff and a kind, mature lady. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. The middle-aged lady attending to me seemed curt. It's disheartening when you encounter someone who exudes negativity and appears to derive satisfaction from belittling others without any apparent reason. While it's possible that she may have been having a bad day, it certainly left a lasting negative impression. Regrettably, I won't be returning to this place.I understand that everyone can have off days, especially when emotions are difficult to control, but it's important to maintain professionalism in the workplace. Responding to inquiries with kindness and treating clients respectfully shouldn't be a challenge. It's simply a matter of reciprocating the same level of respect shown by the clients. The overall demeanor during my visit was difficult to capture on video footage. There was an absence of warmth, no smiles, and a dry interaction throughout. While the place itself is not dirty or poorly maintained, I cannot justify giving it a 1-star rating. Instead, I have decided to award it 2 stars, taking into account the contrasting experience with the welcoming and friendly greeting staff.

Did our 6th staff party at Capri, and it was a blast...again!Ruby, the owner is very accommodating, her staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and the place is spotless.I would highly recommend, for date night, kids parties or a large staff event!

We just had our daughters birthday party there. The staff were so kind and helpful. It went so smoothly and the pizza/fries came out right on time when the kids finished bowling and were hungry. One of the staff asked if I wanted our ice cream cake out early so it was ready to cut. I almost forgot! It is such a great value for the price. The girls had a blast and my daughter said it was the best day ever. Thank you so much!

Our 90 high school students had an amazing night of bowling at Capri Bowling Lanes and left with a fabulous memory of their trip to Kelowna. The students loved bowling under the black light, participating in karaoke, and having a fun night out with their friends. A huge thank you to Ruby and her staff for their hospitality and organizing the pizzas, fountain pop, and water. I would encourage anyone looking for a great place to take students for a field trip or if you are looking for a fun evening out to check out Capri Bowling.

Took my 4 year old there, was a great time. They do birthdays as well, likely going to have the next one there. Have roll offs as well as bumpers for those who need a little help.

Staff were so kind, easy to set everything up and it was a great time with my family! Very affordable, exciting and it wasn’t too busy, which made it easy for us to get started straight away.

5 pin bowling. Great for all ages. Can be busy so bookings are recommended. Lanes have bumpers if needed and bowling assistants for the young kids. Beer and food sold here too.
