In terms of good, an absolutely massive amount of food for just under $20. The food is good, not amazing but, portion and price certainly make up for it. Would come back here for that reason alone.In terms of service, Mohammed was very friendly and helpful from the interaction I had just ordering takeout.The vibe/atmosphere is okay, the restaurant is shared with another place but, no biggie, not great, not bad.

Are they giving big portions? The answer is a clear yes. In fact they are so big you will find it difficult to put the package in a trash can after you finished eating. The food is good, typical shawarma platers and wraps with what you normally expect. The price is similar to other places as it is the service. They provide a few options and I can’t complain about the quality of the food. The place could benefit of some more tables. Also the garlic sauce was not what I was expecting. In the same spot you can order some Jamaican food.

Must be one of the best Shawarma places around town, the chicken shawarma was excellent, big portions and super friendly service. Thank you!

Really disappointed. I have gone to bay st (royal bank plaza) location which is great. However this Victoria St location is not the same. The location closes at 10 pm and when I went there today at 3 pm, they did not had chicken kabob, the person told me it will take 1 hour for him to cook. This is not acceptable as they should have half cooked the kabob. Secondly they did not had white sauce unlike other location and when I asked twice the person said it is finished. On top of that the water was spilled under one of the tables and no one cleaned it although there were barely any customers when I went. I will not be returning to this location for sure.Updated.The food was ok, no complains, but when a customer comes to a restaurant, they expect a certain service which was definitely missing as per above comments. As a customer facing/service business, you should take each feedback seriously whether good or bad. The question is not that the chicken shawarma was served or not, but that the other item (Chicken kabob) was not there. Why was the white sauce not there at 3 pm when your location closes at 10 pm? In terms of the whole family, yes my mother was happy, but this is not my first time I visited Sultan’s franchise so I can definitely compare your location to others. I don’t think my comments and rating are irrelevant, but if that is how you want to operate your business, good luck with it.

Portion for the meat, rice and salad was okay. But they didn't even add the potatoes like it mentioned on the menu.. and for the price I paid, this is a sad portion of hummus and garlic sauce compared to other places. Seriously???

Decent spot for Shawarma typically offering some great deals.Chicken and sauces are prepared well but everything just seems to lack a bit of seasoning. Rice and salad are a bit bland so would recommend getting their wraps.The owner is really friendly and service is excellent, but it's a shared space and not really a dine-in ready spot.While it may be far from the best, Sulta 's is a convenient spot to get your shawarma fix and likely won't dissappoint.

This is a gem. My new go-to place for shawarma. It's fresh it's clean it's tasty and the portion size is so generous. I ordered their chicken shawarma with salad and the server was kind enough to put almost all the salads for me to try. I loved their shawarma sauce, never get enough of it. Recommended for sure.

I ordered a surprise bag from too good to go and they weren't even open. I walked for about an hour there and back, they charged me and refuse to refund me. I was hoping to get some good food but instead got ripped off. Not the kind of business I would spend my money at. I can't comment on the food because I never got to try it but judging on how they run their business it's probably as good as how their business is run.

Great food. I literally tried shawarma first time and I wasn’t disappointed. Loved it. Just the garlic sauce is a little bit miss. Salad is amazing. They serve you food with love which is the best. Plus, the owner is cute ;)
