Part of my daily ritual to come here now! This place grows on you, it's an experience in its own right to enjoy a cup of coffee with some jazz music and taking in the sunlight through the big window panes :) the place has a calming effect on you, the owners are super friendly and very mindful of how you like your coffee..which brings me to the coffee..there is Soo much to choose from! It's like a vineyard basically..you can buy your own beans ..you have a huge selection to choose from and these are bird friendly, something I didn't know of at all! I have tried their cortado, mocha, cappuccino and at times selected my own options flavor wise..my favorite I think is Salvador beans which I also bought! So do come here if you want to taste something unique..unwind and just relax :)

Wow I discovered this place just before Christmas 2022 and I love it! I can't even decide which coffee I like the most so keep ordering a variety. We drink alot of coffee and I order all the time. Delivery super fast and really friendly! Once the weather is nice, I'm going to head over to the cafe for sure. Excellent product. Must try if you haven't already. Added bonus is I love supporting local businesses.

Love this place! Proprietors are super friendly, coffee is the best in the city (love that lavender / rosemary latte), and it's generally a quiet place to sit and chat, study, or think. This is our new go-to coffee bar--we're there daily and will be for the forseeable future. Thanks guys!

The Cappuccino I got was really yummy and hot. The sprinkle cookie was chewy, fresh and not too sweet. It reminded me of a grown up version of these sprinkle cookies in a purple box I used to get as a kid :D! I also loved the decor and unique coffee mugs!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this coffee shop and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a warm ambiance that made me feel right at home.Every sip was an absolute delight. The beans were clearly roasted to perfection, resulting in a rich and flavorful brew that was both smooth and robust. I could taste the care and attention that went into every cup, and it was evident that this coffee shop takes great pride in their craft.Overall, I cannot recommend this coffee shop enough. From the exceptional coffee to the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, everything about this place is top-notch.

Came here to get a hot drink to have with my lunch yesterday. The barista was very friendly and made a mocha for me with oat milk. It's nice to see milk alternatives available since I'm lactose intolerant. The mocha was very tasty! The inside of the cafe is spacious but also cozy with a couch and some tables. You can buy their brand of coffee beans here as well. Will be back forsure.

Went for fresh beans and got a lesson in coffee roasting, a wonderful bonus. As a coffee roaster myself, I ake beans seriously. I had an espresso that was hot, hint of chocolate and spice and topped with a bit of froth. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is the best place I've been in Oshawa to get truly great coffee without roasting your own beans.Update: Aromatic AdventureOK, I love birds and bird photography, so I couldn't resist the package. When I opened the vacuum seaL, a burst of spicey and floral notes hit my nose. The ground beans continued my olfactory excursion. The brewed coffee had floral hints and finished with a splash of chocolate. If you want a bit of coffee adventure, this coffee is a must.Update. I continue to drop in to pick up my coffee beans and enjoy a cortado. If you haven't discovered Aves coffee yet, if you love coffee, go.

Great quality coffee roasted on site with exceptional service as well as good selection of coffee bean options. This business prides itself on ensuring sustainable coffee sourcing as well as a focus on ensuring native birds and their habitats are not affected by the harvesting of coffee beans.Came in for a bag of bean and Byron was super friendly and helpful, offered a sample to help me make my decision as there are numerous options and flavor profiles. There are multiple single origin options as well as blends, it seems like their options generally lean toward more fruity bright notes.I left with a bag of King Rail Peru single origin - (4.5/5) I brewed it as a v60 pour over; low acidity with an enjoyable light bitterness and nice soft mouthfeel. The only slight negative was the bag I purchased was just over 2 weeks old (roast date june 4th). Although flavor was still good, I believe it would have been even better had it been a week or less since roasted on date.
