DO NOT HIRE MIKULIN CONTRACTINGWe hired Matt and James Mikulin of Mikulin contracting to complete a back patio and a composite front deck/porch in June 2022. July 2023 back patio still not completed - cracked, chipped, uneven with no polymeric sand. Front deck torn down and never rebuilt in August/September 2022. We do not have access to the front of our home and now need to hire another company to complete. They destroyed my back yard and we are not unable to use and again have to hire a company to fix. They are unprofessional, excuse after excuse and Matt asked for more money to complete the deck after we paid 80% in June 2022. This speaks volumes into the type of company this is.
