If you enjoy being harassed daily, do Hear Canada's online free hearing test. Results only provided after your phone number and email address is provided. I've now hung up the phone four days in a row from unsolicited calls. The beauty of it all - the online test revealed that my hearing is excellent (I'm a green circle).

No one answers the phone. They are closed from 12 to 1pm-- it's not written on here

nice staff if you can get an appointment...obviously understaffed...consequently terrible

I was initially disappointed, when we arrived at the Carling location, for our appointment to get a blockage in my Son's ear suctioned out. We were told they don't have this service there. Our Dr has already tried to remove it with water 3 times. The Staff at this location quickly worked to get us a same day appointment at the General Hospital location, and the Staff there were wonderful! The appointment was successful and they saw my Son has an infection as well. He is now able to hear again and is on the mend. Thank you!

Good staff and great location. It's the place to go if you have issues with hearing. Pretty fast service too.

well I did have great and excellent service with Hala who I think is still the hearing technician, however I have been waiting since last summer to hear about a request I had put in which was paid by ODSP and this was last summer which still has not been delivered to me. I have not heard or seen any replies to any of my emails cept the recep. I am not too happy with services!

Tried to reach Bank street locale in Ottawa with no# provided by referring physician which matches # on website that indicates open for business. Several calls and busy . Over several hours more calls and now rings but no answer. Even tried to connect directly through website. Most disinclined to establish an ongoing relationship and will take my hard hearing elsewhere.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Have not been disappointed in the service I have received from this HearCanada location.
