We are very pleased with the service we received for sending Mother’s Day flowers! My mother-in-law lives in Nova Scotia, and we are located in Manitoba, so it was no small feat to organize sending flowers.Thankfully, we didn’t have to organize it!! My experience ordering online with Brant Florist was super simple and easy to do! I selected the arrangement, paid for it and within two days, Brant Florist magically made the beautiful floral arrangement arrive at Mom’s doorstep. I was having some trouble finding what I wanted as far as service and product at our usual flower shop in Hamilton. Everything I asked for was met with difficulty so I had to change gears. I showed up at Brant Florist a little over a week out from our company's 65th Anniversary Gala. I talked to Jackie about what I wanted and my timeline and she said no problem!". We did a little back and forth about what I wanted and I returned at the beginning of the week and they had a gorgeous sample for me. It was exactly what I wanted. The flowers they provided were absolutely gorgeous! We got so many compliments on the flowers! They were so easy to work with and accommodating. They delivered the order

Someone sent us flowers for a death in the family. They attempted to deliver on Friday. We didn’t get the note since we were busy with funeral arrangements. The note stated they would deliver in Monday. When we received the note we called and they were closed. Second call was answered and we were told that the same flowers as on Friday would be delivered on Monday.1. Why wouldn’t you leave condolence flowers at the door. All the other florists did2. For flowers to be held for three days, shouldn’t new flowers be delivered instead of ones that were 3 days old?Updated. Finally received the flowers and there are wilted flowers and flowers that are broken.

I love using Brant Florits for all my local and international flower orders. Their web ordering is simple to use and they even added Malta for me when they found out it wasn't listed. Website was very easy to maneuver around. Check out was easy. Flowers were delivered in a timely fashion. They were sympathy flowers and I was told that they were very beautiful and that they are lasting a long long time . I would definitely use Brant florist in the future.

Amazing service !
