I visited on a Saturday to switch to a new phone. My onlycomplaint is that the store seems understaffed to handle for the volume of customers coming through. I highly commend the customer service given by the staff member Josh who was working the day I visited. His efficiency, commitment to meet the needs of the customers, sense of humour, friendliness and knowledge were so appreciated. Bell is lucky to have him!

The service I received was fairly good however I bought a screen protector there and it is a complete waste of money. My fingerprint scanner barely works after being told it wouldn't affect it, I doesn't quite fit the screen perfectly and cuts off the top and the bottom, and there is a clear circle around the fingerprint sensor. Am going to try for a refund because for 40 dollars this is trash.

I am a Truck Driver and depend on my Phone on a daily basisFor a short period I noticed that I couldn’t send Email’s anymoreDuring a delivery at the Bell Store I asked the nice Lady behind the counter if she could help.Without hesitation she took over and got me up and runningShe set up a new Password and send me a Test Email that I returned and just like that it was working just fine.I am from Peterborough and have never bought anything in that Store.But the Customer Service I received was simply fantastic.I believe her Name was CindyThank you for your kindness and professionalism.Peter Brugger from Peterborough

I got a new phone through the Uxbridge Bell store the other day. I can't say enough about the service. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a great phone and an amazing plan. I feel really bad because I lost the card of the gentleman who helped me but he was awesome.
