EZ PAINTERS AND RENOVATORS

I live in Richmond Hill, ON and have recently moved from Mississagua before moving I called EZ paint and renovators after being recommended by one of my friends who got their basement renovated by them. So I called EZ, and got a really fast response from them Ali, the owner was extremely kind to me and treated me as if I was his brother. I got my entire basement constructed by them (at a price a little higher than some other companies) but it was honestly worth it they really did a quality job and this added a lot of money to my house before I sold it. When I bought my new Hosue in Richmond hill area I got all of upstairs painted by EZ as well and they again did a very excellent job and treated me amazingly. 200% worth it and I defiantly recommend EZ paint and Renovators!

I hired EZ painters through the son's of the companies owner, he came to my house and took all measurements, next day he sent me a quote that I agreed. I had an additional request to upgrade the paint to the Life Master Dulux (premium paint) he told me that it was more expensive and request an additional $300 for the paint. For my surprise when the painters showed up they told me that they don't work for EZ painters, they were subcontracted to do my job, after reviewing the paint they communicated to me that the paint was not Master Delux instead was Ultra a cheaper paint with lower quality from Delux, the other problem was that they didn't sent the initial quantity of paint as agreed on the estimate. Next day the guy call me to let me know that there was a problem, that there wasn't enough paint to finish the job and that I have to pay more or he will pull out the painters from my house. I told him that it was not my fault that he doesn't know how to estimate properly and now he would needs to accept the situation and provide me the service he promised, his reaction was to insult me and hang up the phone. The owner of the other company step in and he called the owner of EZ painters and he came to my house, he wasn't aware that his son was doing this and he apologized for his behavior and make him to present and apology to me (I'm a senior person). The painters finished the job but the the paint was never changed for the original they offered and they never provided me a refund for the difference in the price. I sent messages asking to correct the issue but all were ignored. I have all the evidence in black and white and pictures to support this review. Please if you are going to contact this company ensure to deal with the owner and not his son or you will be sorry with the outcome, he is not honest and he can't maintain what he promise on the estimate.

Amazing cheap and quick work! Much better than other company's in the GTA area as they actually do what they say they are going to do without any shortcuts or cheating out. Recommended to all my friends and family.

Had contacted these guys to paint a room for me, to come on a Saturday afternoon. Quick job. Contacted me on Saturday morning saying they couldn't come, and that they would come by on Sunday to do the job. Reached out a few times Saturday about a time, and 1030pm finally said they wouldn't be coming, leaving me with no time to find someone else to get it done. Disappointing.EDIT: saying the review is completely false after texting me over and over again asking me to take down the review, and telling me you're understanding as to why I wrote it, which I have the texts to prove, is kinda funny.

Fair priced, professional and extremely quick and quality work. They did an amazing job, 100% worthwhile I reccomened EZ painters and renovators to all my friends.

Surprisingly really affordable. Didn’t think they would be affordable but compared to most they were. 10/10 recommend EZ painters!

Amazing work, Ali is so friendly and the painters did a VERY quick job painting my upstairs rooms and hallway. Great price. Great quality, 10/10 reccomend.

EZ Painters is not only reliable and affordable but really trustworthy. I had no time to paint my house so I called this company after finding it on kijiji and Im glad I did. They did such a good job painting my house I also got them to renovate my kitchen when I sold my house. That renovation was also done exceptionally.
