Very satisfied with my experience with my AC install from Fireside! From the start I was impressed. Chris gave a competitive price and was very transparent about all aspects. I'm familiar with this industry, and fireside didn't try to oversell or embellish things like some of the other companies I called. The crew onsite was polite, knowledgeable, and did very clean, precise work.Update: Its been about a year and a half since I had the A/C installed. Its still working perfectly, and Fireside did something incredibly nice last winter. I was having trouble with my older furnace, Chris came out and fixed the part that was causing the problems free of charge and same day! I had just lost my job and it meant the world to me. Fireside truly goes above and beyond for customer care. Thanks again Chris!

Chris travelled to our cottage just south of Parry Sound to install a heating system in our Bunkie". He did an amazing job. Everything he did was neat and tidy. The bunkie was totally finished on the inside and his floor register cuts

Called Chris out to our home for an estimate on replacing our furnace and installing a new gas fireplace and garage heater. Said he would get back to us in a couple of days. A week went by and nothing was heard. I called and left a message. No response. 2 weeks with no response. I called again and he was on holidays. I asked him to call when he returned. Another week went by and nothing. I understand this is a big job and if he doesn't want to do it he should have the courtesy to say so. Not following up on what he says he will do and not returning phone calls is a poor way to conduct business and treat customers. There are lots of other furnace businesses in the area who appreciate their customers and deliver what they promise. Avoid this one.

Called Chris for a quote on new furnace came the next day Thursday , we liked the quote and his guys came the following Monday and installed a new Trane furnace very neat and professional guys paying attention to detail and made sure we were satisfied with the installation. Would recommend them!Thanks guys!

We had our hot water tank burst on the weekend and flood the basement. We called Chris on Monday and he was at our house in hours. He was quick, polite and made a hard situation easy for us. His staff was excellent as well. They were able to get us a new tank the same day and even removed large shelving that was in the way so they could install the tank. Couldn't be happier or recommend them more. Price was beyond reasonable as well.

Called for a price and availability to have a humidifier installed on our furnace, they were able to come within a couple days and had it installed in a few short hours! Cleaned up after themselves and walked us through how it all works!

We have had Chris do a full heating system several times. We renovated a townhouse in Grand Valley and he was great putting in a heating and air conditioning system and helped us remove an awful old fireplace. Again when we renovated a house in Mount Forest he put in another whole system converting us from baseboard to natural gas. And then a third time we hired him to come when we had a new build and he came in and did the entire system again. He gave us great options and did amazing work! Absolutely recommend. Every time I've had a question or concern he has been so quick to respond and has even walked us through fixing simple problems on the phone rather than have him come out and have a service fee. Absolutely the BEST COMPANY AROUND!!
