Rich and his staff are always so helpful, knowledgeable and run a very professional business. I needed a headlight checked and Rich took the time to do so and found the correct bulb for it. Within a half an hour, the work was done. Well worth the money spent for dependable service.

My daughter took her older model Honda to Dan and he gave her the best advise and the best deal he possibly could. He was honest straight forward and treated her with the upmost respect. As a young girl, even with mechanical experience, taking her car to an auto shop is a nerve wracking experience, but the employees at Strawberry Hill made it a great one. Thank you Dan and staff! We will tell everyone we know!

My steering was shaking back and fourth really bad and he found that I had 3 bad tires. Sold me some new tires and problem was solved immediately! Thank you so much.I don’t remember the persons name who helped me but he knew was super knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I was recommended to Strawberry Hill Auto by a friend. When I walked in everything was tidy in the office/reception area and employees were all busy doing something.I spoke with Rick when I came in and he was really great. I knew what the problem was already... I needed a wheel bearing and an axle replaced. Rick had the car assessed and he was straight forward about the problem and what it would cost. He didn't try to add more problems" for more money.He was efficient and honest.I'll definitely be going back to the guys at Strawberry Hill Auto."

Used Rick for the first time to fix the overheating problem with my SUV. Other mechanic shops seemed to give contradicting opinions but Rick did a proper diagnosis, made sure there was no resulting engine problems and fixed the overheating that same day. Great work and reasonable cost esp considering the extra check's and balances he did. The vehicle runs smooth as a whistle now. He's a no nonsense kind of guy, to the point and is a solid mechanic who knows his stuff. Highly recommended and I'll be referring my friends etc to him too.

He would not take me or my daughter for a ride !My Daughter lives in Vancouver and we live in the interior.I am very impressed with Rick.
