I used chaparex to renew my passport. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and answered all my questions accurately and patiently. Upon handing over my documents, they advised it takes approximately 8 weeks until I get my passport which was true.Then I went back for renewing my moms’ and brothers’ passport.I’d recommend them to everyone!

We were under a time crunch for passport renewal. After a few searches, I found this place.Their customer service was amazing, they walked me through the entire steps through the phone. We had a couple of required documents missing, so we decided to asked them to fill out the forms on our behalf at an additional cost which was totally worth it. And finally, get our passports before the deadline. Completely satisfied with their service.

I have used Chaparex services to renew my passport. As a post service, they are fast, reliable, and efficient. But, you will not receive any support after receipt of your documents. It was initially said that the renewed documents will be ready in 4-5 weeks, however, it took 8 weeks to get documents back and I missed deadline to apply for my post graduate work permit extension. And unfortunately, they were not willing to follow up with the embassy to get an update and expedite the process. The only answer you will hear is that we are a post service and we have no update about your documents renewal status. All in all, I would suggest to use consular services at Washington which is both faster and cheaper.
