Trying to get my money refunded for an item that has not been delivered for over 3 month. Walmart refuses to handle this and therefor sent me again to Scouttech. The first 2 times they say they can't do anything but when Walmart gets involved they say maybe they can do something. Walmart and ScoutTech business seems to be set-up to defraud money from Walmart customers. Walmart has washed it's hand so I must fight with ScoutTech who have avoided this issue for month. Talking about poor customer service from both ScoutTech and Walmart. Will I get my money back? Stay tuned.

Great shop for outdoor gear and footwear. They’re the only shop in the GTA that carry a good selection of Topos shoes, which are better designed for foot anatomy. Excellent customer service, too, and the prices are reasonable.

Great camping store with quite a selection for such a small store. I'd love to give it 5 stars for how helpful the staff were but this store needs organization.Staff are helpful and will find what you are looking for. Went for a yoke pad for our canoe. The staff member looked all over the store front unsure where they were. Then asked a coworker for help who took 10 minutes to find it in the back as they expressed they didn't know where it was either. Otherwise great selection of camping gear and great staff.

I'm writing this to give a shout out to the young man who helped me out today (May 27th 2023). His suggestions were absolutely on point and he brought me a pair of shoes that I hadn't thought of but were the best choice for my use case. He was knowledgeable, not pushy at all and I never felt bothered. I had a great in-store experience. To top it off, I forgot my sunglasses but he came running to meet me at the car (which was about 300 meters from the store). Great job dude - they're lucky to have you.

Purchased an item off of their Amazon store and found that it was mismatched, a nice gentleman there helped me sort the issue out and even offered to give express service to get my issue resolved. I ended up finding it for a better price elsewhere but their service made me want to come back and buy a few other things. They were genuinely nice about everything and were apologetic when the issue occurred. Definitely recommend this place!

This is the only store in Ontario that I could find that had the OSC jackets in stock. I purchased the NYIK jacket but wasn't happy with my purchase so I came in to exchange it for a DESNA.Eduardo helped me with the end-to-end process; the refund was processed and my new custom order Alpine Moss DESNA arrived within a week.I'm very happy with my new DESNA jacket, not only is it stylish and waterproof but it's also rated for -40 degrees C. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase OSC jackets.

Good selection of outdoor gear including backpacks, technical clothing, other camping gear. Very small store though with lots of equipment crammed in...though they were changing seasons at the time. Staff helpful, some more knowledgeable than others.

Predominantly, ScoutTech is an online retailer. I had no idea that I was living so close to the only brick and mortar store. A little disheveled and disorganized inside, the staff are quite knowledgeable about all the products they offer. They do have quite a good selection from the cheap to the high-end. They have also extended a courtesy discount to scout leaders. This is a fantastic gesture, given the fact that we Scouters are volunteers, yet are expected to have our own set of rather extensive camping equipment: From tents to good hiking boots, to cooking equipment and obviously, sleeping bags, mats and backpacks.
