I've been going here for the past 4 -5 years. Aside of the wonderful conversation that I would always look forward to coming in, the service that I always get is impeccable. Our carpets get a lot of stains from our kids and also some hair from the cats. So we come in regularly and are super happy. We even bought one large Tibetan wool carpet that they suggested and can't say enough good things about it.Very very highly recommended place and great people!

Made a great job with cleaning my carpet (it was a mess after my puppy husky came in the family). Was able to clean it and remove a lot of my dogs hair. Plus it's the cheapest place i found (paid around 90$ instead of 150$ at other cleaner. The owner actually care for the quality and customer satisfaction so that was a plus for me too. I will come back.

We spilled a bottle of red wine on our off-white wool carpet. We diluted it with water as much as we could in the moment, but were not too hopeful. Happy to report that Mehdi got out the stain and cleaned the whole carpet for a great price! Friendly service. Highly recommended!

I have gone to Raymond & Heller twice now for rug cleaning and I have been SUPER impressed both times. The first rug (Persian) hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Not only did they clean it, but also repaired some of the fringe that had been worn off. The second was a cheap" rug from Walmart

Best carpet cleaning in town! Mehdi was fabulous in his service. He cleaned my white carpet back to life (it was incredibly dirty. I bought it at Winners two years ago and never cleaned it so part of it was all colors except white), and taught me about carpets based on his 40+ years in this field. I was mesmerized by his knowledge and kindness. I ended up buying another carpet from him LOL. Great seller, great service, 100% loyal new client here!

The cleaning made the carpet beautiful like new. The replacement of the fringes are impressive. Better than the original . These are people who love what they do. Very professional, they also have pick up and delivery for $25. Great job, hardly recommended!!!

Raymond and Heller has washed and repaired several of my persian rugs. Their work is outsanding and I am very happy with the quality of their work. Highly recommended.

Mehdi is the best in the business hands down. He really cares and is passionate about rugs and carpets and takes the utmost care to provide great value and top notch service. Went out of his way after I mistakenly tried to perform my own cleaning and immediately sought solutions as to prevent any potential damage to my valuable rug. Carpet was a hand me down so it was absolutely filthy and it came back sparkling and fresh within a matter of days. Not only that but the service was a better value than any other quotes I got from other companies. Will 100% seek his business again and you should too, don't bother with any others in the MTL area because you won't find anything better!
