Yes i do agree that they have a-lot of nice looking pieces but the quality is terrible for what you are paying, i bought a prong cuban ring and i had to send it for repair twice but even after that, stones kept falling without any damaged being applied to the ring. Im completely disappointed. This is the reason why they WON’T REFUND no matter what happens. Plus they are big liars, claiming the stones didn’t fall for anyone besides me while two of my friend bought from this store and both had stones falling out of their similar rings. 165$ straight in the garbage thanks to this unprofessional company, i don’t understand how carrefour approves this store…

The store has beautiful designs but the quality is too bad.I bought a ring and when I came Back at home there was a stone already fell and when I talked with manager he didn’t even apologize and he talked with me in unprofessional way. It was the worst experience l had ever
