Nettoyeur St-Louis
Terrible customer service. Wanted to leave a few items to get repaired but was told the person that does repairs does not arrive until 9am and she could not take them. I asked if I could leave them but she said no so I said okay don't worry about it I'll take my business elsewhere and she said okay thanks. A place like this in such a small mall needs all the business it can get. I recommend not pushing your customers away because I will now never use your business for services ever again or recommend it to anyone. If you want to have repeat business, then you should go out of your way for the customer!! Stay away from this place folks!!
