Being in a completely other industry and having to trust in someone is challenging. I made a Purchase of a hard forklift well over 12 years ago from Bugle and that old machine is still running. Battery finally died a few months ago , and I had to have their team install one for me. Absolutely no problem, showed up installed within no time , and even came with a loaner forklift for me when mine was down.Most Recently we moved to a new location, and the charger wasn’t working and my forklift was almost dead. They came first thing in morning found the issue and we were up and rolling again.I can’t speak highly enough about this team at Bugle as I am probably more of a pain in the butt then a great customer , with my small purchases and minor service issues but they have kept me going for over 12 years now and it keeps my business rolling !Thanks to the team at Bugle !

Excellent service all round! Have serviced our forklift fleet (that we bought from them) for years.Recently purchased a new forklift, they continued to help with questions weeks after delivery. Mike, Merissa and Beth all are all top-notch friendly and helpful!

Mike and Trent were extremely helpful in reviewing our needs, identifying and sourcing the right three wheel electric forklift. They happily took the time to answer questions on comparable products, prices and reliability. Bugle was the only company that offered a trade in value right off the bat and a low no haggle price. They recommended a couple of leasing companies to compare. There was a delay in transit of the forklift and I was kept up to date on the delivery status. Trent also came to our warehouse to train everyone on the general operations of the fork and battery maintenance. I hope their after sales service is as good.

Honestly, Bugle is great to work with. We might have bought the cheapest forklift they had but when the battery showed an issue they went out of their way to stand by their warranty and got it all sorted out. Will definitely be going back for a (nicer) forklift when we expand in the future.

Excellent service! Upon searching for a used fork lift to replace our vintage Clark unit, we found Bugle. After making contact with Mike, he showed us some options and helped us along the way, smoothly and efficiently. Concerns were eased over how to pick up and drop off this machine as in no time at all a trade-in was negotiated, they delivered & took our old one away and payment was sorted out making a great deal.
