I'm all for fair pricing especially since whistler is very expensive to operate in, but feel ripped off, it was very expensive, and since the issue isn't resolved, it wasnt worth it even if i ignore the charge. Won't be using them again. Alta is a better option.

As far as handling my request for a technician, the call center was polite, accomodating, and straight forward. The Technician Todd was clean cut, organized, careful not to make a mess and very friendly. He quickly found and fixed the leak in my fireplace, and while he had it apart; serviced and cleaned it. Very impressed! Thanks to all involved in getting my fireplace ready for winter.

Great plumbers! Was the only whistler plumbing company that was responsive and able to come to our site quickly to prevent any impact on our incoming guests. The service person (Keegan?) was fantastic found the leak right away, fixed it quickly, and even showed my hubby how to handle that particular issue himself next time. Also really appreciated the very responsive reception, Maddy, who helped organize someone quickly. Thanks again!!!

This company is not one I would ever hire again. They operate on pre-auth agreements, they overcharged us, very poor communication... we had to end up finding a tech who was actually interested in diagnosing and fixing our heating system run.... we paid far too much money to have zero work actually completed. Admin staff couldn't be bothered to even spell our names correctly... The tech who ended up fixing our heating unit said Doug has a bad reputation, this is from former staff as well as clients he has worked for in the past... If you can find an alternative, do... don't waste your time or your money....

We have used Spearhead Plumbing & Heating many times for various jobs, and we are always pleased. Most recently, we had Todd come into hook up our outdoor gas line with a dual outlet and he was excellent! He was super helpful, accommodating, and went out of his way to assist us with what we needed. We definitely recommend Spearhead. We're always happy with them.

We've used Spearhead for annual heating inspections and tuneups and been very happy. This year the boiler was working but hot water wasn't circulating just as a cold snap hit. Spearhead gave excellent customer service by prioritizing us due to lack of heat and then keeping us apprised of when the service would happen. When Todd got here he was very thorough and got the system back in working order and left us with a clear understanding of the work he had done. He was very professional and considerate. I'd suggest others use Spearhead.

I sadly would not recommend this company. The customer service representative on the phone was very helpful at setting up the appointment when I discussed the importance of the information needed. The technician arrived on time and completed the work. However, he did not call to discuss the work as promised. I was then charged via their pre-authorisation system without any report or communication, as well as a more costly invoice than expected (from quotation). I called multiple times on the following days as I urgently required the findings of the call out. I was unable to reach the technician and was told by the admin staff that he would call me. Their poor communication has been very costly for me, and is upsetting, especially when I explained from the start the importance and sensitivity of the situation.

I had a great experience with Todd at Spearhead Plumbing. The company was very cooperative with planning a visit at a time that worked for me; and they were on time! Todd was friendly and professional. We had a tricky situation and I was nervous it would turn into an expensive fix but he had it solved within half an hour and no trouble. I was very happy with the service, the outcome, and the value.
