FANTASTIC SERVICE. LEGIT COMPANY.Speedy responses, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer service. This company is LEGIT, no bogus or a scam. I was apprehensive about it at first, but money was successfully deposited.I would highly recommend selling, trading, or buying from these folks. S/o to Brodie (truck driver for pick ups), Sheril (service rep and coordinator), Amynah (another rep), and their customer service manager (forgot the name, sorry).Next time I’m in the market, these guys will be the first place I look for, unfortunately they didn’t have the specific car I was looking for otherwise they’d have been my number 1 pick!

My warranty is almost up and my vehicle is in need of repair, but these people won't pick up the phone, return my calls or emails. I've tried contacting them all week to no avail. Scummy, absolute crooks! Will never make a purchase from them agian and will be PREACHING to anyone and everyone to never purchase a vehicle with these criminals, or online at all!!!

From my first email I sent to Carooga to the final delivery of my vehicle, everyone I dealt with was so kind, polite, helpful and awesome! It was so exciting to have my new car delivered to my driveway, and have them take my old vehicle as a trade in. I was given the best price by Carooga for my trade in. They offered my much more than any other car dealership. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again in the future when I want to purchase another vehicle. 5 stars all around for this company!

I have bought several cars in the past but this was by far the easiest and stress free 'dealership' experience I have ever had! I traded in my car for a Tesla Model 3 and got an amazing trade in price. Their customer service before and after sale was phenomenal. I really don't have anything bad to say about this company. Big shout out to Tony at Carooga for making sure my experience was at the highest standard. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Buying car in a foreign land is never came easy, lots of rejection and disapproval for certain reasons, but with Carooga all things came easy as one-two-three. I appreciate giving me a constant communication of my customer guide Allie and Fatima guiding throughout the process of having (Hyuri) my dream vehicle - my first car actually. I would like to commend the person who delivered my car (Mason) for driving long hour back-and-forth just to get (Hyuri - my car) delivered as well as assisting and never ending responds with my concerns. Also to Brodie who take responsible and handled my concerns smoothly. Generally it was a seamless deal indeed. I personally recommend Carooga as your vehicle provider. Go get browse your dream car and surely within business day someone will contact you for assistance.

I traded in my 2020 Kia Stinger to Carooga. The transaction was seamless. I got top dollar for my trade-in and there were no hassles and hidden surprises along the way. I highly recommend if you are looking to trade your vehicle in, to consider Carooga. I’m glad I did.

Hate having to post here.. but Carooga is making me chase them down for $5000.00 they owe me. They apologized for the “inconvenience” of accidentally charging my visa after purchasing, but have yet to pay me back. Hoping this inspires them to follow through.**UPDATE**:I thought the purchasing process would be the worst of my experience, but my truck is even worse! In a year since ownership, Toyota has found my track has:-rear coolant leak-broken bypass hose /o rings-leaking power steering rack-outer tie rods needing replacement-corrosion-A/C condenser leaking-missing front left brake calliper nipple-and a full major braking issue (cruise control, TRAC, and ABS not working)This is on top of several other minor repairs I have put into the truck. Toyota looked up the purchase history of the vehicle and said it looks like Carooga bid on the vehicle from another dealership and it is most likely a lemon.Am now stuck unable to afford to keep putting money into repairs, and can’t sell it with the slough of problems.Just a word of caution based on my experience with Carooga…
