Saw Brad Upton, phenomenal show! Food was decent, if slow getting out, but that is more how they do it. They don't let you in until 6:00, show is at 7:30. As it is a night out and you're with friends, date, etc. They should give more time to eat and enjoy the company before the show and it would relieve some of the intense pressure on the kitchen. They could get out of the weeds.

Club is well organized and designed, and the staff is attentive without being distracting. Menu is decent, and the acts they bring in are fun. Saw Erin Harkes here most recently and it was a great night.

I got free tickets to see a new up and coming comedian, while at the show I was informed that my ex (who I have an order of protection against and who has one against me) may have been attending as well. I informed the manager and asked who I would speak to if there were any issues. She informed me that I shouldn't take the chance and offered me tickets to another show! Couldn't believe it! Truly appreciate the understanding and compassion. This is the first time I've been to a comedy club since Matthew Mateo performed here years ago. (That's a whole other story) It was a special night out for me and they made it so it wasn't destroyed. So thankful.

We have seen almost 20 or more shows here and even though it's 60 miles away, we continue to plan more trips to shows here. The staff is always great and box office is awesome.

The table situation is obnoxious. I do not want to sit directly across from strangers. I dont want to have to turn in my seat to watch the show. I hated waiting to even speak to a server for 40 mins while we sat there and watched everyone around us order multiple times. We ended up ordering a bucket of beer because we weren't gonna sit and wait for her to come back. We ended up getting 1 round, and then oh, of course, last call. Because the runner and food situation took so long to get to us. While the other loud couple at our table had already been served twice. Comedians were great. They always do their job. But the servers and waitstaff need a serious revamp for better service. Food was mediocre. Service was trash.

The service and food/drink ordering process could really use an improvement. Our table went a very long time without having our orders taken and then we waited am absurd amount of time before our food was actually brought to us. It really prevented us from fully enjoying the performer.

Fabulous fun venue! Our friend Sean invited us and drove and we had a special night. We saw #LoniLove and she rocked the house as headliner! Fab opening act. We got there late missed her name! Will find out for the edit. Run don't walk to get tickets so worth it. Loved our server and late night savory snacks too!

Superb staff who are like literal clock work during the performance. Clean venue. Systematic load in and out style shows an efficient way for everyone to come in and out. Food is decent for it's price as well. P.s. Mindful that it is a place that does mandatory gratuity already on the receipt when you pay.

Show was great!! Service not so much. I waited 1/2 hour for a drink. Asked for more tortilla chips and waited an hour for those so when I finally got them my dip was ice cold. Drinks are ridiculously high $$ Ordered a Coke and rum double and a beer which was a mini beer, the size of a kids juice box and it was $32 and they add tip automatically so if service is bad they’re still getting a good tip so why would they care if they forget to bring your food or drinks out. Only giving a star because of the show.
