I find them very expensive and now shop online when I have a big order and usually get it for around half of these guys price delivered to my door. I do find them handy when I need a specialized little screw, etc, but they charge even $1 or $2 for what should reasonably cost 10 cents. They toss the money in the till, no paperwork, no receipt, it does make me wonder if they are just pocketing the money later on tax free, but I have no proof of that eitherOh and now I see they are charging a 20% restocking charge. All they seem to care about is money and not the customer

Bought anchors in stock, no special order in September, project went a different way. Went in November to return them and was told exchange only. On the receipt it states non-refundable except it is written in a way that makes you believe that they are talking about special orders only. Have used and recommended them many times, NEVER AGAIN!!!

I went in with a very interesting piece that I could not find anywhere else (I had checked 3 places). They were friendly and very knowledgeable about the product, it was definitely challenging but he came through and found exactly what I needed! He even made sure to find me a second one in case I lose the piece again! Thank you so much you guys were great !!!

Well they have a better supply than anywhere else in this hardware store desert. Contractors get priority, but anyone can buy. Don't even think of showing up less than 1/2 hour before closing. You might not get served.
