I can't believe what just happened. Im disabled and was just screamed at by the receptionist. I litterally couldn't have spoken any softer to her and was just asking a question and she started yelling at me and I asked her three times man why are you yelling at me and she yells at me saying I'm not being very nice right now when in reality she was being insanely rude and un professional. This is an unnaceptable way to treat a disabled person and anyone in that matter.

Dr. Vorster is the best. I never feel rushed and have always felt like he genuinely cares about me as a patient. The staff at the front desk are wonderful and have always been nothing but helpful

My daughter and I are so happy and blessed to have found Dr. Vorster when we moved to Kelowna 6 years ago. He has helped us both so much over the years. He is very kind and really listens and cares. I always know that he will get to the bottom of any health issues, and he takes time to explain things in a way I understand We followed him to his new clinic and we couldn't be happier with Prime Medical.

Dr. Botha is not only my doctor but my fiance's and he was also my parents doctor. When my father went to emergency one weekend Dr. Botha called to check on him. He took great care of my parents. He is a fantastic doctor and everyone at the clinic is great.

Dr. Botha attends with concern and compassion, listening and advising in a very professional manner.Wait times to see the physician are never too long.I appreciate the telephone appointments.

I am on my second doctor at this clinic. They are very condescending at reception (Diane). Not helpful in any way. We were told it's not our fault you dont have a doctor". Prior time my doctor left clinic I was told "maybe you should go somewhere else". What a joke this place is. My doctors were both excellent. Maybe there is a good reason they left. Deserving of zero stars."

This is a business, not 'health care.' These doctors really need to be ashamed of themselves. They do not care about health or the best interest of us, the patients. Their attitude and demeanor is only for themselves. They fail to realise that, we, the public pay for their salary and act as if we work for them. Its ugly. Really UGLY.
