This company got rid of cockroach and rodent issue in my house. Very professional service and they certainly know what they are doing. Special thanks to Ron who managed to get in our crawl space to help us with the service we requested.

currently parked at a rental site in the single stall for guests with the SPARC disability pass. SHAMEFUL. disgusting company. This truck is not displaying a pass to use the stall. able bodied worker. stealing from the disabled. removing access for disabled guests.UPDATEI spoke to the regional Director and they are attending to this employee's abuse of the handicap parking stall noted in this review.I'm now very impressed with this company. It did take 2 months to address however I'm pleased enough to change my review.just because one employee did something this messed up doesn't not mean the company is unprofessional.This employee was not even hear to provide a service.They were here as a guest. In their company car.I hope they learn the lesson... dont steal from the disabled.

Update 2: got another bill from terminix. Stay away from this company. 4 stars back down to 2 stars.Update: I had the pleasure dealing with Kurtis and he seems to care about his customers. We were able to get the cancellation sorted out and look into what happened on the services provided. I am going to keep my original review text for transparency but changing from 1 star to 4. The service provided by kurtis was top notch and I hope this is the level of service they will give to you.Original review: Avoid. My elderly mother had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a pleasant yet misleading door to door sales man for Terminix. She had an ant problem and they said they would treat the ants, and its been just under a year with no improvements. All they did was drop off a couple traps. They bill on a subscription based every quarter. So far it has been difficult to cancel. Still in the process of getting the account payments to stop. They never came as scheduled and we still have the ant problem.

I am very pleased with the technicians I have, including Kurtis, Bruce and Vasyl. Kurtis in particular does two of my three properties every month, and he is always accommodating, on time, thorough, professional with my tenants, and is a sincere pleasure to work with. Bruce, who only does bedbugs for me, is also a delight and very professional, and with his extensive experience he always does a great job. With the three units he has treated for me, the bedbugs have not returned after one set of treatments. The customer service team are available late and quick to respond to my emails and enquiries on the phone. I highly recommend Terminix' services.

These guys are sleazy. They won't let you cancel with no charge even if you move. I paid quarterly. And they still charged me for services yet to be rendered. Use Pest Detective. We've used them in the past and they did better work and were customer friendly.

Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me and my mom address the concerns for our mice problem in the garage. He was thorough and took time to assess the garage to set up all the traps, and even proactively explained how we can prevent the rodents from getting in for the future.My mom was really worried at first, but thanks to Eric for explaining everything so clearly we now have a peace of mind. Super friendly and we are extremely happy with the service received!

The empty townhouse next door had a huge infestation of cockroaches and we had started to see some coming through the walls. Despite my repeated requests the strata manager hadn’t arranged pest control for our townhouse but Vlad from Terminix came round to treat our cockroaches anyway and was super helpful and professional. I will be using them again for the regularly checks to ensure the cockroaches are all gone.
