The staff is great and I love the instructor he did a great job with teaching the contentHowever the administration aspect is so disorganized, if you change ur booking appointment the system shows your online component as incomplete and it take forever to get the certification.

They moved the location from Vaughan to Scarborough the day before my class, so I booked the week after and they cancelled it due to low enrollment. I had to book another institution last minute. I asked for a refund and it's been 2 weeks already and I still haven't got the money back.

It was an amazing in-person class to get in depth knowledge about Emergency First-Aid training. The instructor Victoria shared great valuable information about different topics and made us understand by creating different teams.Will be there agin for recertification !!

I cannot comment on the course itself as I am unable to make it, I have been trying for a week now to cancel my booked class (1 month before the scheduled course date) and no one will respond to my phone calls or return them, also I have sent 4 different emails to them with no response other than they need a manager to process the cancellation and they were suppose to do this a few days ago and still nothing, they do not seem to value other people’s time in the way they run their business, if you do value your time perhaps find another course provider!

Really thorough and complete course. The first part online was easy to understand and the quizzes were easy to take, and prepares you well for the in-class portion. In-class was easy to understand and follow. Instructor was exceptional.
