Texted Brian this morning and recieved a prompt response to my query. He quoted me right away and it was less than half of what anyone else was offering to complete the job for. I asked when he would be available and said, 30 mins"? All I can say is that within the hour the job was completed!I've never seen such exceptional service and will be recommending him to anyone I know and will use him for any future work! Would give more than 5 stars!"

Like the reviews before me, excellent service. I needed a toilet installed and told Brian I had to work the next day. He came the same day to meet my schedule even though I called him midday. He came at the time set and did the job fast and better than any other plumber I have ever used. I will definitely use him in the future.

I contacted Brian to help repair my undermount kitchen sink that became detached from the glue. He accommodated us quickly. He performed fast and quality work to correct the issue and was knowledgeable in answering my questions. I would recommend this company for reliable plumbing services.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced at my rental property. Plumbing & Vanity responded there quickly, met my tenant and installed a new one they provided. Great efficient service, will be using them again!

Plumbing & Vanity was great with my kitchen renovation. Very skilled at what they do, from demolition, to final finish they were a pleasure to work with. Price was also amazing compaired to a few quotes received.

After contacting 10 other services, I called Plumbing and Vanity. Shortly after leaving a message, Brian returned the call and within 45 min he arrived to do the work. Good quality (for work completed), Good value (price, time saved - quick worker), Professional (attitude and management of my request from quote to payment), Responsive (very) and On time (yes). He removed the old faucet and replaced it with one already purchased and left the job site in good order. We look forward to having Brian complete other work. Thank you!

Plumbing and Vanity installed a new dishwasher for me a while ago. They charged $200 including HST. After a few months the dishwasher started shifting around in the cabinet and I finally got around to removing the dishwasher to re-install it. Not only did Plumbing and Vanity NOT secure the dishwasher to the cabinet, they DID NOT connect the electrical wiring in the electrical box and DID NOT even bother to connect the ground wire. Totally unsafe and total waste of money. See Photo. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS.

Brian is great. He did so many little jobs for us with new kitchen and bathrooms and always was available when we need it. Still waiting for the faucet as it was defective but Brian has not problem coming back and switching it for me. Also he changed vanities for us and will seal it once painting is done all included in the initial price. We have a plumber for life.

Great service. I needed a new vanity sink in my washroom to replace the old vanity. Brian was great as he removed the old and added the new, and made sure everything is working in good condition. He even recommended me what I can do with it after having it installed. I would definitely recommend this place.

I called to have 2 leaky taps fixed and 2 noisy toilets fixed(July 2018). Brian gave me a price for the work I needed done. He came to the house and changed 2 flush valves and then told me to go to the store to get the parts for the leaky taps. The next day one of the toilet was still making noise and when I contacted Brian about it he told, yet again, to go to the store to buy other parts and went onto tell me it would be easy to do myself. In December the 2nd toilet he fixed was making noise again and when I contacted him he said he'd come by at some point. Its now January and I still noisy toilets and leaky taps....extremely poor customer service!! if I wanted to do plumbing myself I wouldn't have given him the money!!!to the response: you sent a text once on January 6th 2019( a Sunday) to say you were on atwater and could be at our house in a few minutes. we weren't home but I never heard back from you. I contacted you December 21st 2018 to have this problem fixed.
